Great stay, comfy and clean
Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, for saying it is a large hotel there is little noise so sleep was restful

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Stayed at the Ibis Style Crewe on numerous occasions. Clean comfortable and probably one of the best value for money in and around Crewe. Good breakfast although could be better choice of hot food. Evening meals quite expensive. Would have liked a room nearer to the lifts. We have a senior small dog and our room was right up the other end away from the lifts so a long way for him to walk especially if your dog needs a quick toilet stop. The room was clean but a little tired looking. Poor lighting in the bathrooms. Only one plug socket on one side of the bed. Two chairs are a must no where comfortable for a couple to sit. A small table and two chairs much more guest friendly. Love the comfortable lounge and dining room spotless again. There is a very pretty walk with nearby pond to the front of the hotel ideal for walking your dog. Family stay there now after our recommendation.

I’d stay again
Pros:

Clean, wifi good and room / bed comfortable

Cons:

Check in seemed disorganised and took a fair amount of time.
Check out was a similar process and the same receptionist. Lovely but perhaps new and confused.

Great value hotel in super location for easy access to surrounding area- kitchen staff couldn't do enough for us:)
Pros:

Stayed before - great location, great value, great customer service.

Cons:

Housekeeping opened door too early in the morning and we were still sleeping!!

Great location, friendly staff, but maybe eat elsewhere
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location was great, and the staff leant over backwards to help us. The accommodation was perfect, and provision made for our dog.

Cons:

The only criticism was of the food. As none of the specials was available, I suspect that it was the chef’s night off.
