Very handy for M6. Plenty of parking. Clean and spacious rooms. Good bar and restaurant. Berg good breakfast.
Too hot! This hotel is a big box and Aircon is needed. They gave us a fan which helped a bit but in warm weather the heat in the room is a problem.
Evening meal good and comfortable rooms
There was a limited menu on my second visit.

I loved how effienct and friendly all the staff were,( particularly "Winnie" on reception!) Couldn't do enough to help.

El personal es muy agradable y el hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila. A menos de 10 minutos andando tiene un buen pub. A una hora en coche tienes un montón de lugares interesantes que visitar de las Midlands. Incluso puedes acercarte a lugares un poco más lejanos, como el Peak Country o Coventry.
El colchón era muy blando y, además, estaba un poco deformado. Según dónde te pusieras se hundía más o menos. Además la habitación que me tocó estaba orientada hacia la puesta de sol. En verano le da el sol toda la tarde y cuesta mucho sacar ese calor al exterior porque la ventana apenas se puede abrir.
Clean minimalist bedroom with a nice firm bed in a quiet area with easy parking.
The breakfasts were top notch having all the usual favourites attached by friendly and helpful servers.
Sadly our room over looked the car park so not as nice as the other side of the building. The bathroom extractor was not working but do to the warm weather was not real inconvenience but when we reported it a technician was up quickly to attend to it
This is our favourite hotel in Crewe by far. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is good and the bar is handy.
The beds are queen sized and comfortable with a decent shower which is almost all we need.
Could do with air conditioning but it was extremely warm when we were there. Normally it’s not an issue.
