Pros:

The room was modern and spacious, there was little noise from the motorway, and the breakfast (coffee, Thai snacks, and bread for toast) was okay.

Cons:

The location is a few kilometres from the main attractions and where the better restaurants are. The manager was a bit brusque at times, whereas the cleaner was friendly and helpful.
