Один из лучших мини отелей!
Pros:

Все было замечательно! Чистота просто супер! Очень красивый отель с замечательным садом. Месторасположение хорошое,конечно же удобно на автобусе возвращаться,так как обратно из центра идти в гору. Но,это я лентяйка. Так как идти 10/15 минут. Но,самое главное сотрудники и хозяйка этого отеля. У вас возникает чувства что вы приехала к своим родственникам. Спасибо им огромное.

Cons:

С оплатой не понятно было. У меня то ли сняли то ли заблокировали средства на карте до заезда и я там ещё раз заплатила. Но,к счастью деньги вернулись через несколько дней, те что,в начале сняли. И ещё поскольку у меня карта в долларах, то,я платила в них. И хозяйку это расстроила,она почему то подумала что я меньше заплатила,мне было очень неудобно перед ней, хотя я заплатила 244 доллара вместо 158 франков,то есть, все перевели по курсу на тот день и она должна получить на свой счёт 158 франков. Единственный не понятный момент, как то ушла с чувством что, она расстроилась и может решила что я не добросовестная. Надеюсь,деньги ей пришли в полном объёме и она увидела что это не так.

Pros:

Chefin und Personal sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer und Dusche sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Essen war ein kulinarischer Genuss. Die Gartenanlage mit vielen Blumen und Gewürzen wunderbar.

Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, Bushaltestelle direkt bei der Unterkunft, Personal und Chefin sehr bemüht und nett, Bad und Zimmer waren äußerst sauber und ansprechend.

It was an amazing experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice too.

Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait pour découvrir la ville de Lugano, le petit déjeuner était très bon et surtout les confitures faites maison par la propriétaire! Tout le monde à été très gentil et serviable, je recommande à 100%!
