Enjoyed our one night stay here and staff was very friendly.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly when we arrived and about 6 staff members greeted us with smiles and a cheerful welcome. Also liked the church we attended being so close to the hotel.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel because we heard this was a great hotel. When we first checked in, the lady that checked us in wasn't as helpful. Was more concerned if we had our passports and currency available. Once we were given our hotel key it was provided with a wifi passcode that did not work, plus was given one ticket daily for breakfast and a coffee. so everyday if you wanted to get breakfast for the next day you would have to go to the front desk. Wifi code expires after three days, called for the new password and was given two different coded neither of them worked. Had to find another place to use wifi. The location of the room was not the best with traveling with big carry on luggage. You had to take elevator to second floor then walk back down a flight of stairs and located at the bottom of the hotel. We were located next to the house keeping. Which was very loud each morning. Rooms were very small. Could not walk on each side of the bed. The end of the bed touched the area where to store things. The door to the bathroom couldn't fully be open all the way and the door also blocked the sink. Had to wash hands at one end of the sink. The shower had a hard time draining had to call front desk to fix issue. Shower only had front piece of glass and other half open so water got everywhere. Once checked out we had a deposit with pesos, we had to wait until housekeeping fully inspected our room to be given back our pesos. Wish the security would help with getting a tricycle, since it was on a busy road it was hard to get one.

The bathroom facilities need to be improved. Add bars on the wall where DWP could cling to to prevent fall.

Rooms were not ready even beyond 2pm. Staff almost gave us wrong type of room. Not enough toiletries for 2 guests. :(

Location, location… we wanted a stay that’s near the Manaoag Church- it was just a short walking distance 😊 And they have an in-house restaurant that serves excellent food! A big plus for us! The rooms are immaculately clean, the front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating , free parking is also a big plus.

Manaoag Hotel is a complete embodiment of the rich Filipino culture- hospitality at its best!!!
Pros:

Breakfast has good variety, the Mana resto is well-presented. The staff are amazing- Chris and the rest of the team are very pleasant, respectful and attentive. The staff in the reception like Heart and her colleagues are very helpful and professional. Housekeeping are excellent!

Cons:

A hiccup in relation to towels but managed well by Cathy.
