Plus que parfait!
Pros:

Absolument tout était parfait :
- Une localisation idéale, en plein cœur de la ville.
- Plusieurs parkings à proximité.
- Des chambres parfaitement calmes.
- Une literie invitant au repos
- Une propreté irréprochable
- Une atmosphère d'un calme, d'un respect et d'une sérénité remarquables dans le lobby/coffee shop, pourtant toujours très fréquenté.
- Un esthétisme soigné jusque dans les moindres détails.
- Des produits de grande qualité (le meilleur iced matcha latte que j'aie bu jusqu'à présent !).
- Un specialty coffee shop au sein de l'hôtel, d'une qualité exceptionnelle.
- Une fontaine à eau en libre-service, très appréciable pour les clients.
- Mes amies et moi n'avons malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de goûter le petit-déjeuner, mais au vu de la qualité et du soin apportés à chaque détail, je ne doute pas qu'il soit exquis.
Une ambiance intimiste et familiale.
- Nos deux chambres offraient une belle vue sur différents éléments de Bruxelles.
- Nous étions quatre jeunes femmes et nous nous sommes senties en totale sécurité tout au long de notre séjour.

Une adresse que nous recommanderons sans hésiter à nos proches. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, cette fois avec mon époux !

Cons:

Tout était plus que parfait ! (Ne changez rien, sauf si c'est pour améliorer des éléments ☺️)

Beautiful and comfortable stay in St Catherine area
Pros:

Beautiful location and building. The room was excellent and aesthetically pleasing and there were some books to read (one in French, Dutch, and English each) on the coffee and tea table / desk which was a very nice touch! Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Het hotel is in een fijne buurt gelegen en is ook redelijk ‘klein’, wat het een charmant verblijf maakt.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel voor ons wat tegen. Er was weinig keuze uit beleg en brood. De ‘salade’ en ‘fruitsalade’ zag er ook niet meer echt vers uit, het fruit zwom in water.

Lovely stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Cozy, very nice and comfortable with friendly staff, in the city centre with very nice surroundings.

Cons:

The neighborhood was noisy at night, so we had to keep the window closed. With window closed we hear nothing and there’s air condition, so no problem at all.

The room had two skylights through which I could see the stars.
