Great location, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely bath soaps provided in our bathroom. All of our party enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of healthy foods.

Pros:

Hotel delizioso nel pieno centro di Bruxelles: posizione eccellente! Appartamento mansardato con vista sulla piazza, pulito, curato e abbastanza spazioso. Unico difetto la mancanza di strutture per gli abiti... chissà perché molti hotel pensano che sia comodo per un cliente usare il reggi-valigie come guardaroba!
Ottima la colazione, prodotti freschi e molto vari.

Cons:

Mancava il bidet... e la zona bagno-doccia non aveva praticamente separazione con la camera, se non da una mezza parete. Insomma... alcuni rumori potrebbero non voler essere condivisi con il proprio partner.

Little gem of a hotel in great location, my first ten rating in 30 years travel
Pros:

I’ve never rated a hotel straight 10’s before on every factor, very comfortable rooms, and superb facilities with the first class coffee shop downstairs (which also offers drinks early evening), but all that is nothing compared to the awesome staff who went above and beyond from checking in to leaving bags before we left, can’t recommend highly enough would go back to Brussels to stay here again

Cons:

Nothing… the square outside is rustic but very convenient with the Catherine metro right outside; and actually when you travel around Brussels is pretty good little area full of Asian restaurants

Pros:

Fantastische Lage am Place St Catherine, alles im Stadtzentrum in Gehweite, außerdem direkt an der Metro Station. Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, stilvoll und modern.

Would love to go back!
Pros:

Everything was good.: the keyless entry, water machine to fill water bottles, the breakfast, the drinks vouchers. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and cozy. The shower shows the water consumption which is interesting to know.

In spite of a couple of quirks, we'd stay here again - the staff and location are worth it.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in is a little strange since the lobby is an active coffee shop/bar during the day, but it worked!

Cons:

The lobby shuts down a little early when the coffee shop closes and one must enter via a side door using a guest-specific code - a minor inconvenience. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00a on the weekend so you'll miss it if you have an early flight.
