Es una absoluta maravilla! El mejor hotel en el que nos alojamos en Guatemala, te ayudan con la maleta, son super atentos con el trato al cliente, el jardín está genial, el desayuno está rico solo tener en cuenta que no sirven comidas solo desayunos y cenas, pero no es ningun inconveniente. La isla está hiper cerca y el Mercado también. Todo cerca y es un oasis en el calor de Flores. Una auténtica maravilla ✨

it was clean
i had to try 3 rooms before i got one that had working ac and wifi. it was over an hour after I arrived I was actually aboe to sit down. at this price point in guatemala i find that unacceptable. I booked this hotel specifically bc i was exhausted and wanted zero drama. Also they shut off water to bathroom at night and nobody explained this to me so i had shit stinking up my room all night.
Great easy place to stay on the mainland that offers all the options for booking your trip to Tikal. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Options at the breakfast also perfect, quick service and delicious options.
