Cons:

Les echanges avec le gerant et sa mauvaise foi manifeste. ce dernier n'a pas repondu aux messages a lui envoye et a annule un sejour de 3 jours en moins de 24 heures. tout ceci dans un quartier peu recommandable.

I didn’t stay, was too grossed out!
Pros:

I was relocated to an alternative address 318 W Runyon St, which was roach infested. He charged me $80 through Zelle, and refused to give me a refund when I informed him that it was infested. Also, the television is broken. The place was clean but infested, which means that he needs an exterminator or roach bomb.

Cons:

Nothing, couldn’t stay overnight, too many roaches, not sure if there were bedbugs, didn’t want to lay in the bed
