Pros:

I chose this residency just because they have a small kitchen platform in every room where you can make tea /coffee or heat food. However no induction/ utensils are provided. You hv to get your own. Most rooms are well ventilated with a good balcony.

Cons:

The room size is very small just apt for only two people. If you ask for a mattress for the third occupant you are left with no walking space. The breakfast is horrible. Front office staff is very rude. Despite being written on the promotional board the room charges as 899 and 1099 for small and big room respectively they charge 1200 for every room. The extra mattress is of the worst quality dirty and ragged. And if you question this they will hv no solid justifications.

Cons:

The girl on reception make excuse for everything , the location is far from medanata hospital , hotel food is expensive. If you did not find any option in gurugram then only come to this place , room stinks. Overall not good, complimentary breakfast is worst and tea Also but If you buy then tea is good . Tv not working .

India Vacation 2025 -16 nights in GGN Akshay Dream Stay
Pros:

I like the location because it's right in GGN near work where my companion had to be onsite on alternate days during my vacation. There's free breakfast, spacious bedroom area, there's kitchen area, hot water for shower, early check-in and near hospital and drugstore should you need to run for meds. The price is reasonable considering the location and in GGN.

Cons:

The guy at the reception can converse a little bit but the other Staff don't speak English so if you don't have a companion who can speak the local language then it might be difficult to give instructions such as sending the breakfast to one room with the kitchen area because the other room we booked didn't have the kitchen area. I had to use some gestures and pointing here to there. The place is near the hospital so expect that some guests are either patients or their relatives and you have to be silent along the hallway. Door knobs need to be replaced, a bit rusty and almost locked me in the showers because it needs a hard turn to open, the bed in Queen is hard compared to the other room, there's a kitchen area but no cooking equipments so if you plan to cook then that's out of the picture. I had to buy an Oven Toaster Griller, small OTG so I can reheat food or takeout . Good thing they have a refrigerator at least. The Smart TV is not the latest model so I can't even play Netflix because it's not compatible, be prepared to watch Other apps and YouTube or watch your favorite shows in your own Gadgets. Other than these, I can say it's still value for money and the place is livable, don't expect Fancy but somehow comfortable and made my vacation and my stay in GGN still worthwhile.

I had a total visit of 10 days planned in gurgaon but i moved out of this hotel since i did not find it worth the arroga
Pros:

The room was decent and had a good washroom and attached duct opening balcony for smoking / drying.

Cons:

The staff was very arrogant. The lady at the reception was not at all polite on our requests. You would never get uber / rapido from this place and will have to walk till main subhash road.
