The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it is overall very comfortable. The staff helps out when assistance is required. The sheets and towels are clean.
For 7 days, we didn't get our sheets or towels changed or asked if we wanted to have them changed. We had to ask reception for bathroom essentials a couple of items when they'd run out.
