Could do better
Pros:

Two people stood out: Manager was a really good guy and the English bar manager was excellent.

Cons:

1) Very noisy AC unit made it hard to sleep.
2) The website clearly shows the rooms ahev views...but when you arrive a building has been erected next door. Misleading
3) Whilst the manager and bar manager were excellent some of the other staff appeared very grumpy and not willing to help. Strange

I would return and recommend the hotel to others.
Pros:

location was good, but understandably the construction detracted from the view. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and professional

Cons:

The bar could have been open later on the weekend.

Pros:

Breakfast was tasty. Liked that they had cold coffee on this hot morning. Staff were friendly and helpful and provided eye contact. Valet was top notch

Walk ability to downtown and shops

Cons:

The fact we weren't told we should make a reservation at envio top side restaurant, so when we got back to hotel at 8pm we couldn't get in to eat. Other then that a beautiful hotel with extremely kind staff

Wonderful stay and great food
Pros:

Amenities were great and staff super helpful. The European continental breakfasts are great. A large selection of food choices. The restaurant for dinner served a great clam chowder and lobster roll. Definitely recommend this hotel

The one negative is the lack of parking so that the valet service is a must
