Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare le principali attrazioni culturali e ben collegata alle altre zone della città nonché al porto per fare le gite sul Bosforo. Pulizia buona della stanza, tutti i giorni c’è stato il cambio della biancheria da bagno e un rassetto veloce della stanza. La colazione buona è sufficiente , non ricchissima la scelta ma tutti ottimi prodotti( abbiamo consumato solo la parte dolce). Personale molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto 2 problemi appena arrivati ( con la porta che non si apriva e la tavoletta del water rotta) in giornata ci hanno risolto tutto, Yilmaz veramente disponibile e gentile , ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli ed è sempre stato premuroso nei nostri confronti, quindi posizione, personale e rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, consiglio questa zona per alloggiare.

Cons:

Stanza veramente minuscola, non c era spazio per aprire le valigie e muoverci in due, quindi poco confortevole e abbastanza scomoda ma adattabile per chi sta tutto il giorno fuori e ci torni solo per dormire. Il vero punto critico è stato il transfer, all’ andata ci è stato inviato il Transfer che ci avevano indicato dalle foto inviate tramite chat, adeguato nuovo e accettabile nel prezzo richiesto (55 euro a tratta per 4 persone ), al Ritorno ci hanno inviato un transfer indecente, sporco, rotto poco sicuro e sicuramente prezzo di 55 euro ingiustificabile quindi ci hanno preso decisamente preso in giro, non si fa così, non è corretto ed onesto quindi assolutamente non vi fidate dei loro transfer, perché non sono sinceri, inoltre non hanno voluto la carta di credito quindi pagamento in contanti così non sono tracciati. Non fate come noi o prenderete il bus che costa 8 euro a tratta( noi siamo arrivati la sera e siamo andati via la mattina quindi nell’ incertezza abbiamo preferito il trasporto privato) oppure state attenti a questo aspetto e siate più attenti di noi

Second time here for the convenience of the location, very close to everything you would like to see, a few meters away.
Staff was extremely courteous and friendly.
Rooms were spacious enough.
Overall a good, convenient place to stay for a couple of days!

Cons:

Could use an amenities upgrade such as the kettle, hairdryer and AC as they looked overused. Cleaning could also be better as we’ve found wet hair on the shower walls.

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, kousek od restauraci, bazaru a tramvaje. Velmi dobrá snídaně a káva.

Cons:

V pokoji bylo vše hodně slyšet a bylo tam opravdu velmi málo místa.

Cape Palace is an excellent stay! Its location is ideal for exploring the main attractions, and the staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. They were flexible with our check-in needs, checked in on our comfort throughout the stay, and gave us very helpful tips for navigating the city. The room was clean and cosy, and the breakfast was great!

Cape Palace is a wonderful hotel to stay at! Not only is it in an excellent location close to the main tourist attractions, but the hospitality was outstanding. The team accommodated all of our check-in requests, made sure we were comfortable, and were incredibly helpful in orienting us to the city. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend Cape Palace for your next stay!

Best value in Sultanahmet. Highly recommended
Pros:

This hotel is the best value you can find in Istanbul. The location is perfect, only a few mins away from Sultanahmet square. The breakfast is very good and you have everything you need: 24h front desk, a terrace to see the sunrise, a toilet with a shower and a space to leave your luggage after the check-out.

The room is not very big but everything is clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to be in the first floor facing the water and with views. They offer tea/coffee and free bottles of water. A very good service and nice staff!

Cons:

We liked it everything. Maybe the breakfast could start a bit earlier. Other than that, everything was perfect

Pros:

Хороший отель. Останавливалась моя жена, её отзыв прикрепляю.
Очень удобное место расположения: самый центр, но улица тихая, спала с открытым окном, было тихо, даже призыв к молитве не слышно. Еще один плюс - до остановки шаттла Havaist из Нового аэропорта Стамбула пешком 4-5 минут.
Радушный персонал, готовый помочь во всём. Хозяин говорит хорошо по-русски, для кого-то это может быть важно. Вечером угостил чаем и мы приятно побеседовали.

Удобные кровати! Для меня это важно, т.к. есть проблемы со спиной. Чистый номер, хорошее белье. Полотенца тоже хорошего качества, меняли каждый день. В душе горячая вода практически сразу же, в любое время. Останавливалась на 2 ночи, уборку делали каждый день.В номере есть вода, чай, чайник, холодильник. При выезде предложили еще воду в дорогу.

Сам отель удобный: есть лифт и широкая! лестница. Шумоизоляция в целом хорошая, соседей не слышно, если они ведут себя адекватно. Номера очень просторные для исторического центра. Удобные. Есть куда поставить чемоданы. И есть свободное место между кроватью и другой мебелью.

Завтрак. Шведский стол. 3-4 вида сыра, 2 вида колбасных изделий, помидоры огурцы, маслины 2 вида, 2-3 вида закусок (мезе), симиты, фрукты! (виноград, мандарины, яблоки), яйца, печенье и кексы к чаю, порционные (в индивидуальных упаковках) варенья, масло, мёд, шоколадная паста. Голодными 100% не останетесь. Было бы здорово, если бы предлагали на завтрак горячую выпечку (бёреки или гёзлеме) или жареные овощи. Тогда завтрак бы был на 10+

Cons:

К отелю претензий нет. Понравилось всё.
Не очень повезло с соседями. Очень-очень громко и долго смеялись (я бы сказала ржали) около 12 ночи. Наверное, читали анекдоты ))) НО это не вина отеля. Шумоизоляция в целом хорошая. Если соседи ведут себя адекватно, то их не слышно: ни разговоров, ни шагов, ни других звуков.
