Pros:

I was robbed of my passport and drugged at this establishment when the receptionist who is very rude; gave my key without my knowledge and consent to someone to enter my room whilst I was busy checking into the hotel. Later on when I went down to the reception after escorting this strange man out of my room who I found scratching in all my bags - my passport was missing. The receptionist Indian man or Pakistani origin gaslit me and told me I allowed the man to go to my room which was false. I was trying to check in when the reception asked my passport and this man offered to go and look in my room and the receptionist handed him my room key whilst I tried to check in. Completely against my wishes. I woke up the next day drugged and robbed of my passport and belongings.

Cons:

Nothing it’s dirty and stinky you can go next door to Muscat Express for cheaper and 4 star experience.

The room was clean, room service was great, personnel was very friendly and helpful!
The area is very quiet and calm ☺️

The AC had a strong smell, so we didn't use it and just opened the windows.
