Great place, people and clean. I would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great and easy to move about the city, in very easy walking distance to the centre and tubes were close by. The owners were very polite and welcoming, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The bed was a little too low for me.

Perfect
Pros:

Private, super quiet, decorated with a lovely relaxing feel. Lots of little extras in your room from tea and coffee to shower gels. The Host Diana was very welcoming and and friendly, she makes you feel welcome.

I found the bed super comfy, great shower and all located in a perfect spot when I stay in London next I will be going back.

A veritable heavenly haven
Pros:

Prime location, very close to the Baker Street tube and to attractions in this area. Diana was so helpful - a very gracious host. The room was outfitted either all sorts of treats.

Good location, very pleasant host.
Pros:

La propriétaire était très attentive et accueillante.
L'emplacement, proche du métro/Underground, est très bien. J'ai apprécié la machine Nespresso, et les petits produits de soin.

Cons:

La chambre, en demi-sous-sol, est plus sombre que l'impression donnée sur les photos. On est chez une particulière, avec son style a elle, et ne pas dans un hôtel. Par nécessité (réservation tardive, dans un quartier spécifique), j'ai payé plus de 210 euros pour une personne pour une seule nuit, ce que je trouve plutôt cher, même a Londres. On ne m'a pas dit un mot sur le petit déjeuner.
