Not worth the price. Needs a overhaul.
Pros:

1. Exceptional balcony view near the beach which is rare for a resort in Goa
2. Complimentary breakfast

Cons:

1. Jacuzzi jets didn't work
2. Humming Noise is next door between 7 am and 10 pm
3. No hot/cold water in shower. Only one temperature warm water was available. We called and confirmed with housekeeping.
4. No crib.
5. Billing/checkout experience was quite poor. We wanted to settle the bill the previous night but the manager was missing. They said they'll send it to our room (they didn't). Next morning it was still not ready and the manager was asking us questions like when did you check in, how many days did you stay!!? How do you not know the answer to those questions?
6. Did not provide any proper invoice for our extra spends.
7. Found baby cockroaches inside the wooden table!! Crawling over the electric kettle and complimentary tea stuff.

Pros:

1. The pool was great.

3. They helped sanitize baby feeding bottles
4. They provided a discount on an additional bed cause I have back issues and the provided bed was too soft.

7. Gave us the house nearest to the restaurant and beach which was very considerate!

1. Found small crawling insects on the second night on the floor
2. Menu options in the restaurant were lacking

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The private pool, lush green surroundings, and beach just steps away made it feel like paradise. Not worth staying
Pros:

Worst stay ever
The hotel is feels dead when compared to other on the same beach
The staff also look and speak in an uninterested way
No music or any night life
Room rates are exorbitant not worth that much
Even the breakfast spread is limited
Hotels like saz on the beach or Farsi on the beach which have nearly the same rent for room are much better

Pros:

Our beach house was lovely, very clean with lots of amenities. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

Location is very good

Cons:

The service is very poor. They claim to be a 4 star property and give basic things like shower cap loose which look liked used ones. The staff of the resort lacks zeal and promptness to serve customer. Also all the furniture in room / restaurant/ common areas lacks maintenance and looks old. The plants need maintenance and are infested by bugs . The food in the restaurant lacks taste. Overall , we felt that we were extremely overcharged .
