Perfect location - and lovely spacious hotel
Pros:

Location is perfect - just across from the main train station in a lovely area with lots of restaurants etc. (highly recommend a fantastic doughnut cafe 2 mins close by) and within easy walking distance of some of the tourist sites.
The room was much larger than expected- we got an unexpected upgrade so possibly spoiled
Staff very helpful
No hassle leaving bags for a few hours on our final day

I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kyoto

Hotel location is unbeatable and staff is helpful.
Pros:

Location - super happy
Spacious room
Considerate and helpful staff - provision of an anti- slippery bath mat upon request and medical assistance in communicating with the medical centre.

Cons:

Bathroom is too small.
The step is too big for my old-aged mum to ‘climb’ into the bathroom, a real safety concern to her and the family.

Very good location in Kyoto
Pros:

The location is at the same building as the Kyoto Tower so its very convenient and central. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The room is a corridor, very small an hard to open our luggage but I guess this is normal in Japan.
