Comfortabel bed

Cons:

Het ontbijt was een enorme tegenvaller en een reden om niet meer terug te komen. Ik zou wel het hotel nog boeken als de optie kamer zonder ontbijt voor 70€ mogelijk is. Spek verbrand, roerei was koud, en in godsnaam werk samen met een lokale warme bakker!!!!minder keuze en betere kwaliteit is hier de oplossing.

Fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Inrichtingen en sfeer gezellig

Cons:

Gezelig maar dan ook beetje rommelig, geen duidelijk entree tot het hotel vanwege mix van (schoen/jurk) winkel en hotel. Ok was kastdeur in kamer in slechte staat en douche/bad/stop knop lastig te hanteren. Wel een minibar maar niet aangesloten en geen inhoud, is dit in verband met mensen die lang verblijven en dan hun eigen spullen kunnen bewaren? Gang naar kamer op tweede verdieping was erg donker en niet heel netjes afgewerkt. Allemaal van weinig belang maar ik meld het toch maar even aangezien het me opviel.

Op wat kleine dingen na, een fijn verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Prima locatie aan het centrale plein van Geel. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Airco op de kamer werkte goed. Eigen parkeergelegenheid in garage bij het hotel.

Cons:

Badkamer was schoon maar behoorlijk gedateerd, keuzeknop bad/douche erg moeilijk te bedienen. Douchewand op de badrand stond los. Vloerbedekking rond de bedden met veel vlekken.

Pros:

De kamer was oud, maar proper. De locatie in het centrum was voor mij perfect.
Het aanbod bij het ontbijt was zeer volledig.

Cons:

Het hotel is verouderd. Alles is aanwezig, maar beantwoordt niet meer aan de standaarden van de 21ste eeuw. In 1985 was dit waarschijnlijk een modern hotel… Nu deed het eerder denken aan de kamer in een woonzorgcentrum.
De muren houden geen geluid tegen. Ik kon het telefoongesprek in de kamer ernaast woordelijk volgen.

Pros:

ontbijt was goed, locatie op de markt ook praktisch

Cons:

er hing een straffe geur in de kamer en de afwerking zag er goedkoop uit. De prijs was buitensporig voor een nacht in Geel. Dit was zijn geld niet waard.
