Aucune service, nous sommes restes une semaine la chambre n a pas été nettoyee une seulement fois, un essuie pour deux sans changement, pauvre en equipement, un jour sans wifi.

Cons:

Que no me enviaron las claves de acceso y ubicación de las habitaciones. Hasta que ya estaba hospedado llego el correo de indicaciones.

A good quality place to stay in Tulum, feels quiet and private
Pros:

A really nice location away from the madness, with high standard of room and decent value for money. Fantastic to have the full size fridge and air con if you want it, we just used the fan and it was fine. That balcony and pool are a big bonus, and having parking outside.

Good but not better
Pros:

It was comfy and the communication with the host was at times, very responsive.

Cons:

The area, but in general the city/town, seems to have a problem of lack of lights in the street.
Water for shower and washing teeth tasted weird, as if still salty and with some issues with smell from the bathroom but nothing that a few items from the store couldn't resolve.
