It was ok but could have been better. Need to update descriptions on booking.com platform.
Pros:

The location was great for what I travelled for. Breakfast was basic but on-time and small. Staff were great especially Belinda, Pricilla & steven. My room was clean and comfy but I did not feel like it was worth the price. Overall I would say a 5/10

Cons:

My other family member had to change room thrice but my room was clean and comfy but I did not feel like it was worth the price. The rooms I booked for ,wasn't noted down in the hotels system so I had to wait for sometime before getting a room, Overall I would say a 5/10

Charlotte made our stay more comfortable than it would have been otherwise.
Pros:

The receptionist Charlotte was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one especially since she had not been informed of our coming. She indicated that she was only working there a little while. Based on that she desires praise. has the potential to be an excellent desk receptionist or manager if properly trained.

Cons:

moth balls were everywhere. They were in the refrigenerator making the refrigenerator unusable. They were placed in the bathroom sink. A near by establishment was having an event. The noise was really loud. I can't hold that against the hotel. They charge a higher rate than average for the cedi. The rate everywhere else we traveled was 15.5 but was told at the hotel by the manager who I talked to on the phone that the rate there was 16..00 for the cedi which resulted in paying a higher price than what was quoted on-line. They need to indicate that on their web site so that customers know in advance of the rate change.
