I would consider it a fair type of stay. Definitely not a four star rating for the hotel.
Pros:

It was a decent type of breakfast. I little problem with the time that they offered breakfast. The 08:30 time is way too late. During check in I requested to have breakfast prepared to take away on the last day of my stay due to my plane living around 10:00 which meant I had to be at the local airport around 08:00 in the morning. At check out I asked for the breakfast in a box, but nothing was prepared. The main excuse was that they run out of breakfast boxes and they did not have something to put it inside. But if I wanted to I could go in the dining lounge at that moment to get something. No prior warning or note for me to know about it so I could manage my time accordingly.

Cons:

No chair or small table in the room where you could set your luggage on and unload. Housekeeping did not entered in to our room to make the beds or check if any supplies needed replenishing. There was only less than half a roll of toilet paper for three people when we entered the room.

Все было супер! если я еще раз буду в Гюмри, тут и остановлюсь
Pros:

Этот отель превзошел все наши ожидания, мы с друзьями решили остановиться переночевать, так как проделали большой путь на машине с ребенком.
За такую низкую стоимость я ожидала, что мы переночуем в отельчике аля 3 звезды, но все было просто отлично, не хуже, чем в хорошем пятизвезднике!
Персонал очень милый и приятный, так как мы выезжали рано утром, нам собрали огромные ланч-боксы с завтраком, у нас была возможность выпить чай/кофе в ресторане.
Кстати, ресторан при отеле приличный, разнообразные блюда, все вкусно! спасибо персоналу!

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel nuovo, confortevole e fatto con gusto. Colazione variegata e caffè espresso

Cons:

Colazione alle 8:30 troppo tardi. Ho chiesto se ci anticipavano almeno mezz’ora la colazione ma non ho trovato disponibilità da parte della struttura

Pros:

Un hôtel très confortable, moderne, avec un bon standing. Chambres élégantes et spacieuses. Un peu excentré par rapport à la ville ancienne de Gyumri, donc dans un quartier très soviétique, mais ce défaut est mineur.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale con parcheggio riservato e colazione a buffet.
Pros:

Arrivando in auto, l'hotel è molto comodo perchè è in posizione centrale ma non in pieno centro (che si raggiunge con una camminata di 1 Km circa).

Tutto molto nuovo e pulito, bagno comodo con in dotazione tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel a quattro stelle.

La colazione a buffet molto buona anche se, dal momento che era una colazione internazionale, non c'era grande assortimento di prodotti o ricette locali.

In ogni caso un soggiorno molto piacevole.
