Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, there was no food left at 10 am, the lefotvers were cold and the staff didn't really care about it. Our room was right in front of the laundry room and it was loud in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay at Kuma and I will recommend to my friends.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, polite staff and atmosphere. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I reserved and chose a table for 28th march at the restaurant for 7:30pm but, when I went I saw the table was given to other people. So, I was very upset. Some how they prepared a table for us to sit.

Pros:

I stayed at Kuma Hotel in Gyumri for one night and had a wonderful experience. I really liked everything about this place.

The location is very convenient, close to the city center. The hotel is very clean, and the room was cozy, warm, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the towels and bedsheets were clean and fresh.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious.

Considering everything, the price was also very good. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Cons:

This apartment has a huge issue with hot water utility. When taking a shower the maximum capacity is up to 10 minutes. The owner of the property did not represent the issue during the check in nor there was such a description in Booking.com. When I ended up getting cold while the water starded frizzing the owner claimes that it was my fault that I cannot finish my shower within 10 minutes.
