Отель находится в очень удобном месте, в шаговой доступности от центра города. Рядом есть супермаркет, магазины сладостей. Внутри хороший ресторан, где можно попробовать традиционную кухню. Он также очень красиво украшен, а за ужином играют на национальных инструментах. Вечер после прогулок по городу можно скоротать за игрой в бильярд, настольный теннис или настольные игры. Персонал приветливый, нам разрешили заселиться чуть раньше и соединили кровати. Легко было общаться, нам быстро отвечали на Букинге. Сотрудники большие молодцы, что в совершенстве знают как минимум три языка.
В большом номере-студии не работали розетки у чайника. Май был холодный, но отопление уже отключили, кондиционер на обогрев не настроили. Хорошо, что нам предложили портативный обогреватель. В гидромассажной ванне не набиралась вода из-за пробки. В душе, наоборот, вода не уходила и дошла до комнаты.
Видно, что сотрудники очень стараются помочь, но быстро забывают просьбы, наверное, из-за волнения, поэтому нужно периодически напоминать.
Everything was perfect especially the breakfast was excellent. The hotel location was also very much convenient and walk away from downtown and railway station.
All the hotel staff was very cooperative particularly Miss. Zhanna who was at the reception desk.
Actually nothing except that they had not turn on the central heating system of the hotel. But manageable. They provided the hot air blower on our request but we didn’t use it due to safety reasons,

Schönes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, mit funktionierendem Badezimmer und sehr gemütlicher Matratze.
Das Hotel liegt nahe am Zentrum, trotzen ruhig und wir konnten vor dem Hotel parken.
Vielfältiges Frühstücksbüffet mit leckerem Kaffee ☕️.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war lecker und unser Zimmer groß. In die Innenstadt kann man bequem zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten laufen.
Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft und hat das Bad geflutet. War aber nicht schlimm, uns wurde gleich geholfen.
Great hotel, especially considering the relatively low price for a double room with full breakfast. The location was very convenient, the staff amazing and as a bonus, they have their own parking with EV charging station.
