Das Hotel liegt an guter Lage und ist für eine Übernachtung genau das Richtige
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist relativ neu und grosszügig gestaltet. Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Ich durfte in einem Zimmer übernachten, das nicht zur Strasse und zur Bahn gerichtet war. Aus diesem Grund war es ruhig.

Truly TOP experience - the team and hotel hit the full Chord of Hospitality - professional humans who are family-aware,
Pros:

I loved the location, the type of room, the breakfast, the elevator was appreciated for luggage- but above all the absolute standout are the kind family parents who run this hotel. They are professionals who are absolutely efficient and communicative, but they are also completely connected to the human heart. What a combo. They recognized my tiredness levels even though they must see many types of tired traveller every day, and they treated me as an individual that was worthy of attention and graciousness. They were above and beyond, helping me carry sleeping kids to the beds even when I arrived super late by taxi, and were so empathic that it’s actually been a keystone point of warmth of my memory of the journey, and of Brig. Their breakfast is a compilation of caring, locally sourced, delicious choices which really is uplifting after a good solid sleep. My kids absolutely adored it, and they responded so positively to the managers and staff too - and we know how honest kids are!! I will certainly recommend this place to friends and family, without a hesitation, and with warmest gratitude.

Cons:

It should be more famous for its excellent quality. I would suggest a visitors book (maybe I didn’t see it) so that happy rested travellers can gush by handwriting too, as a heartwarming reading material for future guests in the lobby too! I will definitely stay again if I return to stay in brig, whether with family or by myself. Thank you both so much, Orion & Z! I wish your family the very best.

Merci pour le surclassement lors de notre voyage de retour!
Pros:

Nous avont été très bien accueillis.
L'hôtel est très bien situé.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres et pratiques.
☆ Nous revenions quelques jours plus tard et l'hôtel nous a fourni une meilleure chambre sans surtaxe.
