Zimmer ok, Bedienung miserabel!

Ich musste für das spätere Check-out CHF 90 bezahlen, obwohl das Zimmer für den nächsten Tag nicht gebucht war. OK. Nur konnte ich am vereinbarten Zeitpunkt, das Zimmer nicht mehr betreten. Also wollte ich mein Geld zurück. Der Chef behauptete, die Zimmerkarte hätte neu programmiert werden müssen. Warum hat er es nicht getan? Sehr unfreundlich. Nie wieder Hotel Europe.

Reception bei Ankunft nicht besetzt, telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
2 von 3 Zimmerleuchten ausgesteckt.

Super Lage, Am Bhf. ist mit Zuglärm zu rechnen . Ansonsten wars Ruhig.

Gut, alles vorhanden, was es für Ein Frühstück braucht.
