A 3.5 star hotel trying to be a 5 star.
Pros:

Staff at the hotel and the restaurant were incredibly friendly. The room (ocean view) was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our coffee maker was broken. The hotel's been open about a year and construction quality seemed shoddy - toilet paper holders are falling off the walls, tile floors are broken, carpet in the halls is unraveling. For being a small, boutique hotel, the pool and beach areas were very crowded.

Buena ubicación y moderno

Cons:

Posee un restaurante, que a pesar que digan que es una concesión es del hotel con un servicio pésimo, nunca me había pasado con tal mal trato y fala de respeto, para una cena de un plato de pasta y otro de carne, nos dejaron esperando casi 3 horas a pesar de mis reclamos que recibieron varios integrantes del staff, hasta que después de una hora de hacer pedido un mostre me canse me levante y pague la cuenta y me fui. Hice el reclamo en todos lados y nadie me dio una respuesta

Fantastisch verblijf in geweldig luxe hotel!
Pros:

- Ruime, moderne kamer van alle gemakken voorzien.
- Prachtig uitzicht op zee (let op welke kamer je boekt als je dat ook wil).
- Vriendelijk personeel dat je graag helpt bij al je vragen en alles voor je regelt.
- Fantastisch restaurant (The Lemon Tree, tip: vooral ook fine dining doen ‘s avonds).
- Mooi zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden, direct aan zee met snorkelmogelijkheden.
- Schoon.
- Ligt op loopafstand van goede en leuke restaurants.

Cons:

Dat zijn kleinigheidjes en zien niet op de kwaliteit van het hotel: vanuit commercieel oogpunt begrijp ik het, maar het zwembad + bedden alleen toegankelijk maken voor hotelgasten zou het gevoel nog exclusiever maken (voor hotelgasten overigens wel gratis dan wel met korting, afhankelijk van bed dat je kiest). Wellicht ook mogelijk maken om ontbijt al bij boeking van hotel te kunnen reserveren.

Heerlijke smaakvolle luxe in het hart van Willemstad!
Pros:

Stijlvol, rustig en gericht op stellen die graag comfortabel op vakantie gaan. Uitstekend Fine Dining restaurant waar we verrast werden met lokale gerechten. Kamers smaakvol en prachtige ceramic kunst aan de muur. Personeel behulpzaam en professioneel 😊, s’ochtends fitness in de gym, daarna de zee in, zalig ontbijt en de rest van de dag relaxen aan het zwembad 🙂

That the fact it was a new one, also modern, beauty and downtown location was fabulous

Cons:

Even though the location was great, the fact its no numbers in front of the hotel did more difficult to find out where was the entrance when we arrived, our racy driver has to pass over two times and leave us nearbe

we willen het nog wel een keer de kans geven maar dan wel met een upgrade of korting
Pros:

Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, locatie aan zee is goed MEDE door de lemon tree die de kwaliteit omhoog haalt, alleen moeten zij oppassen dat hun imago niet afbreuk doet aan het hotel
stucwerk buitenkant slecht, mag alweer geschilderd worden, dit is wel waar je vanuit het zwembad tegenaan kijkt
De lemon tree facilitieten ziijn top, ook de kwaliteit bediening en eten

Cons:

De afwerking van de kamers zijn ondermaats, verlichting spiegel badkamer deed het niet pas na 2 dagen gaven ze optie kamer te wisselen terwijl er maar 6 gasten in het hele hotel waren ( mosterd na de maaltijd)
Geen tv of muziek op de kamer
Stopcontacten los in de muur, doorspoelunit wc los in de muur, afwerking hollene wand gipsplaat zonder isolatie

Pros:

Very good location near "city". Very friendly staff. High standard and beautiful view over sea and pool area. The food was excellent. We highly recommend this plays for stay in Curaçao
