Fantastic place in an absolutely stunning location. The room was massive (we had a junior suite), everything clean, super comfy bed and very nice and helpful staff.
* The breakfast menu was a bit underwhelming;
* They don't accept card payments. I know this is the case with most places in Vietnam but you would expect a place like this to have the option.
We had a wonderful stay at Pu Luong Paradise. The accommodation was very comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and wonderful views, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!
Only stayed there for one night but it was great. Nice spacious rooms, bathroom design was really cool, awesome view from bedroom window. The entire hotel has a very cool vibe to it. Stuff was super nice, especially the lady working behind the desk. She was great. Nice filling breakfast too!

They made our stay so special! It was my birthday and brought me a beautiful birthday cake and surprised me. They did everything they could for us, it was an amazing time.
Everything was perfect— the staff was so friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the grounds, rooms, and views were breathtaking! We are not typically “resort people” but decided to splurge a little (by VN standards, not USD!) and it was so worth it. We will never forget our stay here!
Really nice setting in a lush garden with wonderful views of the valley, very welcoming staff and large room. Restaurant is very tasty, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner 5 days in a row! Many treks to start right from the paradise resort, or short Moto taxi ride to Don village
Mattress was a bit hard. Bath and toilet for the family room are across a floor and shared, no problem when few people in the hotel but in high season it could be.

Our experience at PuLuong Paradise was a mix of highs and lows. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, our stay was not without its issues. Initially, we were given a different room than the one we had booked. The room was smaller but with its own bathroom- so it was ok. We decided to stay for our two-night booking regardless. However, after the first night, the staff informed us that they needed to relocate us to a nearby motel to accommodate a larger group. This was offered free of charge, but unfortunately, the motel did not meet our expectations for comfort, especially considering we were on holiday. Feeling disappointed, we decided to switch to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. On a positive note, we were only charged for the first night at PuLuong Paradise, and as an apology, the staff invited us to dinner on our second day. This gesture was a nice touch and somewhat alleviated our frustration.
In summary, while the staff at PuLuong Paradise were friendly and tried to make amends for the inconvenience, the overall experience was not what we had hoped for. The initial room switch and the subsequent move to a less comfortable motel impacted our enjoyment. The dinner offered as compensation was appreciated, but it couldn't fully make up for the disruption in our plans.

Big and beautiful room. The staff is always available. The food is great. Surprised with a nice traditional party the first night.
No isolation, so it can be cold when the temperature outside is low. Hard to discuss with the staff as they do not speak english. The shared bathroom with the dormitory was pretty messy after the first night but was never cleaned. The place is quite isolated in the mountain, so that you are quite dependant on the hotel's restaurant to eat. But the organisation around the restaurant could be better: There is no menu for the food, you do not know the price of the food until the check out, the hot beverage often came out cold...
We had the suite and it was amazing! Glass on three sides with beautiful views of the valley.
Also the pool was a nice refresher after a long day.
It would be helpful if there was a menu to choose from in the restaurant.
Very kind staffs. Though they don't speak english, they are helping you with kind hearts. Great value option in this area.
Hot shower didnt work perfectly for me.
