Pros:

Rooms were clean, food is really good & it was quiet at night.

Cons:

Bed wasn’t that comfy & security guard bailed us up and was quite rude when we were trying to go to our room.

I will certainly consider staying here whenever the need arrises again.
Pros:

All staff were courteous and very helpful, however I was particularly impressed with the young Asian lady (sorry I didn't get her name) who we first met at the bar when first entered, we didn't have a reservation although her attention and friendly manner were so impressive I wouldn't have even considered looking for anywhere else, this is not for any other reason but for her manner in which she offered sincere attention and assistance, very impressive!

Cons:

Only one small item however the only thing that seemed out of place with the high standard of everything else. the sliding door from the ensuite had no inside handle to grip to open the door from inside. My 86 year old lady friend found the door awkward to open.

Didn't know I had to check-in at the bar, there were no secure parking, no bowls or plates cutlery or toaster for breakfast
