Amazing stay at Nikko Beans
Pros:

The owner is so very kind and helpful. He put up with drying my fishing kit and helped facilitate my trips. He made me onigiri when I missed breakfast which was amazing. The hotel itself is situated on the banks of Lake Chuzenji. The hotel is spotlessly clean and confortable (the most comfortable beds I've encountered in Japan). I stayed last year and will stay agsin next year.
Thank you for my stay.

日光でグランドホテルでもなくペンションでもなく、シティホテルのような滞在を希望するならここ！
Pros:

オーナーさんが気さくで良い人だった。手作りの朝食が美味しかった。
部屋は良い意味でビジネスライク。無駄なく宿泊には充分。建物は年数が経過していると思われるが、綺麗にリノベーションされていてとても清潔

Cons:

特になし。宿泊日が大型連休だったため、個人的にやや割高感を感じた。

Clean stay, great food and amazing stay
Pros:

Situated right next to lake Chuzenji and a 2mins walk to Chuzenji Temple, there is a nice view of Mount Nantai near the temple. Meals provided by the hotel were amazing and full of variety, it is a hearty portion. The interior is clean and well furnished and the staff is hospitable.

Cons:

The room didn't have a window. Personnel was extremely unpolite and didnt speak any English.

Pros:

Pokoje komfortowe, łóżka wygodne, wszystko było co potrzeba. Wspaniałe śniadanie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Cons:

W jednym pokoju nie było ciepłej wody. Był zepsuty kran i wszyscy musieli się myć w drugim pokoju. Łazienki bardzo małe. Poza tym ok.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the room was of a decent size. Location was good, not too far from the bus station (around 10-15 min).

Cons:

Dark room with no windows that we could open, quite depressing. The place was not very clean, we could find dust on the desk. Checkin time wasn’t flexible at all

The Breakfast and dinner were exceptional

Cons:

Although I knew the size of the room at booking, the window facing out onto a brick wall was a surprise, the room is good value for money but be prepared for how small with no outward looking window

Top Service und Sauberkeit. Zimmer relativ einfach, für den Standard jedoch mehr als erwartet vorhanden (Amenities). Wir hatten auch das Abendessen gebucht, sehr zu empfehlen. Es wird mit viel Herz zubereitet und präsentiert, äusserst lecker. Die Lage gerade beim See ist super.
