Perfect location, disappointing experience.

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The experience started with the reception staff discussing among themselves whether to charge me the reduced rate from booking.com or the normal hotel rate unaware that my companion speaks hindi. Then there was water dripping outside the room, the other hotel guests on our floor were incredibly noisy until 1am and one evening we ordered the mango lassi that was frankly gross.

Slechte geur, niet proper, te hard uit op je geld, gevraagd achter toiletpapier en niet gebracht, fleswater bij ontbijt willen aanrekenen en dan ook nog zonder het vooraf te zeggen, bijna geen daglicht in de kamer, handdoeken vuil, veel muggen, wisselgeld (bewust) foutief teruggegeven

Super Lage, Pool und Rooftop Restaurant. Mehr braucht man nicht.

Taj Mahal fussläufig erreichbar. Dachpool und Dachrestaurant halten das, was die Bilder versprechen.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum im Keller.
Viele Zimmer liegen im Keller. Bei der Zimmerauswahl bei der Buchung unbedingt beachten.

Rat in the room 🐀

We were given a room in the basement. Unfortunately, upon retiring for the evening, we found a rat in the room scampering across the beds. The staff caught and removed the rat. While the manager was very apologetic and offered a change of room, he was unable to refund us, and we decided to change hotels immediately.
