The place was strategic like in the middle of town. Also the place was very clean.

Cons:

I hope it’s more of soundproofing and the stair/bed make lots of screeching sound.

Pros:

El equipo de limpieza eran simpaticos y las recepcionistas.

Cons:

La TV en la habitacion no funciona, los primeros días el WIFI no funcionaba (estaba por trabajo), por el precio que pagas no merece la pena en mi opinion

Good stay since its near to town and walkable to the jetty
Pros:

Comfortable pillows and bed. The room is comfortable.

50/50 mixed feelings
Pros:

The place was in a nice area very close to the jetty. The shops, restaurants etc were very closed , there were actually a few more on the same street. The accommodation was clean. The space is to the smaller side but if you see what is provided it was expected. We took the family friendly room which is like on 2 levels. Although the negative stuff the space is generally good considering what is out there in Semporna.

Cons:

Quite a few issues....once you enter the room there is a heavy horrible smell, ventilator that you should leave on in all times otherwise it is opening to outside and all bugs/mosquitos are immediately in. The aircon doesn't work well and makes the room extremely cold and unbearable. One of the beds was not good, when you climb it it feels like it will snap. In the advert it states it is family friendly but this pace is ok for a day or two for a couple, definitely not for family with child...or the child need to be at least 5 years old, there is no moving spaces. It was also very noisy during the night due to the fan opening.
