The interior looks beautiful.
On our first day, after checking in, we found the previous guest's plastic bottle on the floor on the side of the bed, along with a rotting lemon.
Supposedly new towel, but had some blood stains on it. Also, a pillow had not been cleaned properly.

Restaurant is a bit of a cash grab and printing costs 1 euro for two pieces of paper. Expect to pay a lot more than what you paid for your rooms.
The interior is beautiful though and there is a pool, though the pool is full of parents teaching their children how to swim (These people are not hotel guests, they are local residents), which is not something I expect when going to a hotel to relax.
The grand classic design and room is large, bed is comfortable
the room carpet smells and the corridor smells of heavy cigarettes smoke, feels like I am walking into a night club. Location is good just that it’s far from the train station. Aircond was a bit warm.
We had a wonderful few days stay. Hotel was amazing , so large and very easy to get lost in. The staff on check in where very friendly and the foyer had lots of beautiful flower arrangements .Our room was huge , bed so comfortable . It was lovely to wake up each morning early and watch sunrise. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice, dining space also huge and spacious. Also tried evening buffet dinner , again good value and lots of choice.
The fitness area was huge , gyms with personal trainer , classes if you want. The pool area outside was also good as weather was quite warm. Also for those wanting other activities , there was mini golf , tennis and squash courts.
Did notice people at breakfast filling up their bags with items off buffet.
Lovely hotel
Carpet is old and dirty. The glasses were dirty. Air conditioner was weak.

Very good and helpful staff. Also housekeeping was excellent, surprise gifts for children, flowers, fresh fruit, we were very pleased!
All was perfect except the location was a little questinable, as there were no restaurants/shops you could walk and also family mart was closed by 9PM.

Solo poche personale parla inglese, sono arrivato alle 14 a mangiare e il ristorante Cantonese aveva appena chiuso. Mi hanno rifiutato, ovviamente.

Spacious room, good location.
The tables during breakfast wasn't setup after usage. Staff in the restaurant were busy with their stuff instead of proactively attending to guests. The bed is good, but pillow is too soft.
