Dacă aș putea, aș acorda nota 11 din 10!
Am avut o experiență excelentă la Golden Sand Hotel din Istanbul. Încă de la sosire, personalul ne-a întâmpinat cu multă amabilitate și profesionalism. Ne-au făcut un upgrade gratuit al camerei, ceea ce a fost o surpriză foarte plăcută.
Deși am ajuns în ziua respectivă înainte de ora standard de check-in, ne-au oferit și micul dejun fără costuri suplimentare. Pe tot parcursul șederii au fost foarte atenți și ne-au ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze.
Un alt mare avantaj este că camerele sunt foarte spațioase, mult mai mari decât cele pe care le-am întâlnit în multe alte hoteluri din Istanbul.
Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni când voi mai vizita Istanbulul. Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal im "Golden Sand" und werden wieder kommen. Personal freundlich, Frühstück super, Zimmer gut. Lage hervorragend. Gute Bahnanbindung und nur ein paar Schritte zum "Gossen Basar". Direkt im Feier-Viertel Kumkai.

Can’t wait to return and and visit my new friends
Pros:

Yesser the manager and his staff took care of us at every turn. They made sure me and family had everything we wanted and needed. We wanted an authentic experience and we got it. It was cozy and they are able to answer any questions we had. We had many and they exceeded our expectations. Great area for food and shopping and visiting the sites.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay forever.

كل الشكر والتقدير إلى طاقم العمل بما فيهم الاستاذ ياسر السوري وزميلاته التي بالمطعم وجميع طاقم الاستقبال

Cons:

الحمام صغير جدا صعب للاستخدام البشري

الوصول إلى الترام صعب حيث هناك صعده حاده جدا ومتعبة

اللفت في الدور الأول وليس في الطابق الأرضي

Great stay in an amazing location within the old town. The sea views are beautiful, complete with some very ambitious seagulls trying to share your meal. Huge thanks to the staff — they are always cheerful and go above and beyond to help with any questions. A wonderful stay!

Cons:

The shower didn't work very well because the shower head holder wouldn't stay fixed in position.

Fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De oprechte vriendelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid van het personeel werd door ons enorm gewaardeerd,er werd elke dag schoongemaakt, we konden altijd met onze vragen terecht bij het personeel, er was ook een bank en geldwisselkantoor in de buurt wat wij fijn vonden, ook werd er altijd koffie en thee aangeboden wat heel gastvrij is.

Cons:

Onze kamer was klein, en de douchekop functioneerde niet helemaal optimaal.

Pros:

Personál byl velice milý a vstřícný. Zařízení hotelu a pokoje odpovídalo ceně a fotografiím. Snídaně jednoduché se základními surovinami. Výhoda snídat na terase s otevřenými okenními tabulemi

Cons:

Hotel se nachází ve čtvrti se zastaralou zástavbou. Výhled z terasy na rozpadající střechy okolních domů. Večer rušno z okolních restaurací.
Nepříjemná delší pěší cesta z metra s kufrem po ulicích a chodnících z kamenných dlažebních kostek.

A great hotel in a wonderful city!
Pros:

big thanks to the great staff, especially Yaser. The location is near all the historical sites and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and is served on the top floor with a wonderful view of the sea.
