Curățenia,camerele foarte mici, prosoapele lasă de dorit,igiena unde se servea micul dejun, același feluri de mâncare se repetau zilnic.

It was all round fabulous. Location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Locația este foarte bună, foarte aproape de marele bazar și de moscheea Albastră, personalul hotelului este foarte amabil și mereu în ajutorul tău, curățenie și prosoape schimbate zilnic.

Cons:

Camerele sunt puțin învechite.Noi am primit o cameră la primul etaj, plasa de țânțari avea mânerele rupte, perdelele aveau ceva defecte rupturi pe alocuri, patul dublu era format din două paturi de o persoană lipite între ele.per total ar necesita o renovare însă au fost curate și raportat la prețul plătit nu aveam ce pretenții să facem

The staff of hotel especially Shahbaz, the manager they were all so friendly, and respectful.
Pros:

The location is walk away from blue mosque and Hajia Sofia Mosque 🕌. There are so many friendly restaurants just down stairs. Every night there were live music at the restaurants down stairs with very good foods and view of the sea on the roof of hotel .

مريحه نفسياً والموظفون متعاونين وودودين خاصة موظف الاستقبال shah شكراً له وللخدمات التي قدمها لنا و الموظفة اللي في المطعم بعد بالمره حبيت المكان ولي عودة لهم بأذن الله

Merhaba. Golden Sand Oteli çok beğendim. Otelin tüm çalışanları güler yüzlü, nazik ve çok misafirperverdi. Bizi çok sıcak bir şekilde karşıladılar. Özellikle Şahbaz beye ve diğer personellere çoook teşekkür ederiz herşey için . Ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacımız olduysa hemen yardımcı oldular. Otelin konumu da gerçekten harika. Özellikle kahvaltısını çok beğendim. Yemekleri oldukça lezzetliydi. Ayrıca deniz manzaralı çok güzel bir terası var. Terastan Sultanahmet Camii’ni görmek mümkün. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

Sevmediğim bir sey olmadı. Her sey cok guzeldi.
