Jenny la proprietaria parla inglese ed è stata davvero super gentile, ci ha prenotato tutti i biglietti e aiutato per gli itinerari per il parco nazionale (che dista circa 1 oretta e mezza con il bus che parte da una fermata a pochi passi dall’hotel) e per il monte Tianmen.
L’unica pecca è che la nostra camera dava su un bar dove gli anziani giocavano a mahjong ad alto volume fino a circa le 23. Per il resto tutto super!
I really liked the room, it had windows all around and a huge comfortable round bed, also rain shower. The location is covinient for the bus station to go over to the National forest park and about 10 min walk to the start point of Heaven's gate trip.
The real asset of the place is Jenny! She is so welcoming and energetic! I was so confused about getting to places and where can I find the viewpoints I want to visit. She sat down with me and explained everything, gave me maps and booked all the tickets for me. In 20 minutes she gave me a full 5 days itinerary, which was amazing!
Definitely recommend it!

La ubicación es muy buena, a poca distancia andando de la entrada principal del parque, lo que es una gran ventaja por la mañana.
Destacaría especialmente la atención de la chica de recepción, que explica todo con mucho cuidado y detalle (incluyendo las entradas al parque) y además, si tienen disponibilidad, hacen upgrade de habitación sin necesidad de pedirlo, lo cual se agradece mucho.
La habitación es muy grande, espaciosa, bien equipada y muy limpia, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda.
Como punto menos positivo, al ser una habitación tan amplia, resultaba un poco fría, aunque probablemente también influía el clima de la época. En otras condiciones puede que esto no sea un problema.

The property is located in the city center, with many restaurants and facilities nearby. It is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The property manager, Jenny, was extremely helpful and friendly. She is one of the few Chinese people who speak English.
The property is close to a station, but if you plan day trips, you will most likely need to depart from the west train station rather than the one near the property.

Location very central, with good restaurants and markets nearby. Staff went out of their way to show and help us plan our touristic endeavors, as well as to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.
Jenny is a wonderful host. She puts a lot of heart into making her guests feel cared for. She's perfectly prepared to meet the expectations of Western tourists. She was a great help in organizing our trips, providing advice, and helping us resolve various issues. The property itself is beautiful, modern, well-located, and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Jenny é gentilissima e parla inglese. La posizione è ottima molto vicino alla fermata bus per il National Park e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla funivia per Monte Tianmen.

Jenny was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful. She also spoke excellent English and helped us figure out a plan for the mountains and national park around us. She also helped us find food and coffee. Excellent!
Très bien situé entre la gare de bus et le téléférique pour Tianmen. L’accueil est très chaleureux et dans un très bon anglais ce qui est pratique pour obtenir les bonnes informations. On vous aidera si besoin !
