L’hotel si trova a circa 8min di auto dalla piazza principale, 10 minuti dalla Tianmen Mountain e nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile trovare un market ed una farmacia. La struttura è bella e le camere sono situate su più piani a cui è possibile accedere mediante le scale (no ascensore). Le stanze sono bellissime, la pulizia è ottima e viene effettuata quotidianamente. Jenny è fantastica, parla benissimo inglese e ci ha assistito fin dal momento della prenotazione, acquistando per noi anche i biglietti d’ingresso al National Forest Park e Tianmen Mountain e consigliandoci i sentieri migliori da percorrere. Inoltre, dopo il checkout ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in hotel per poi riprenderli nel pomeriggio. Grazie Jenny!!❤️

Jenny, la dueña, es excelente. Estuvimos solo un día, pero si atención fue magnífica. Nos orientó a cómo subir a la puerta del cielo, compartió varios mapas y explicaciones que nos dieron súper útiles! Nos ayudó a subir las valijas al 4to piso por escalera. Siempre a disposición. Una genia. La ubicación conveniente para la puerta del cielo.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le téléphérique pour Tianmen est à 10 minutes à pieds. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. La dame à l’accueil était très souriante et accueillante.

За такую цену это вообще лучшее место в городе с лучшей управляющей на свете! Номер - отличный, было все самое необходимое. Но самое удивительное - это Дженни. Людей, относящихся с таким энтузиазмом к своей работе, нужно еще поискать. Дженни помогла нам забронировать тур на Тяньмень, заказала на местном Озоне переноску для нашего ребенка, посоветовала отличный ресторан недалеко от отеля и вообще откликалась на любые наши просьбы, а их было немало, учитывая, что мы были с полуторагодовалым ребенком.

This hotel is a jewel. And Jenni holds the crown. Very close to Tianmen, many super markets and shops around. Modest bu super comfortable room. Just all you need in Zhangjiajie. Thanks Jenni for all the help and going out of your way to organize my tour, find my gifts and going to find my tea last minute!

Fantastic value for money in a good location for access to the wider sights :)

This place is a gem as it is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and supermarket. The place is as advertised and easy to find. The host, Jenny, is a fantastic lady and ever so helpful suggesting places to go and eat. She can also arrange discounted entrance tickets to the Tianmen mountain and Avatar mountain and will also give you a detailed walking guide to the mountains on what to see and which gate to enter etc.

Jenny la proprietaria parla inglese ed è stata davvero super gentile, ci ha prenotato tutti i biglietti e aiutato per gli itinerari per il parco nazionale (che dista circa 1 oretta e mezza con il bus che parte da una fermata a pochi passi dall’hotel) e per il monte Tianmen.

I really liked the room, it had windows all around and a huge comfortable round bed, also rain shower. The location is covinient for the bus station to go over to the National forest park and about 10 min walk to the start point of Heaven's gate trip.
The real asset of the place is Jenny! She is so welcoming and energetic! I was so confused about getting to places and where can I find the viewpoints I want to visit. She sat down with me and explained everything, gave me maps and booked all the tickets for me. In 20 minutes she gave me a full 5 days itinerary, which was amazing!
Definitely recommend it!

This place was my favorite, great location, super acogedor, limpio y funcional. Jenny the host era lo maximo! Super atenta y preocupada.
