Мы останавливались в этом отеле с моей маленькой дочкой, и нам абсолютно всё понравилось! Это очень уютный, чистый и комфортный отель, в котором чувствуешь себя как дома.

Отдельное огромное спасибо хозяйке отеля, Дженни! Она сделала наше путешествие намного проще и приятнее. Дженни помогла нам с бронированием билетов, подробно объяснила маршруты по национальному парку, подсказала, как лучше спланировать посещение достопримечательностей, и даже помогла купить билеты на шоу «Лиса». На любые наши вопросы она отвечала практически сразу и всегда была готова помочь.

Номер был просторным, современным, с хорошим ремонтом. Всё было очень чисто, а в номере имелось всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Отдельно хочу порекомендовать покупать билеты в национальный парк, особенно в горы Аватара, именно через Дженни. Через неё билеты стоят дешевле, чем на многих онлайн-площадках, а самое главное — при необходимости можно изменить время посещения и даже вход в парк. Для нас это оказалось очень важно и действительно выручило. Например, при покупке через Trip.com билеты обычно привязаны только к одному времени и одному входу, изменить их гораздо сложнее.

Я искренне рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку. Здесь вас встретят не просто как гостей, а с настоящей заботой и вниманием. Мы обязательно вернёмся снова!

Pros:

Jenny was fantastic throughout our stay. The weather wasn’t great, but she kept us updated on the conditions at Tianmen Mountain and gave us helpful advice. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the park entrance, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Jenny was the best hostess! She was so helpful and accommodating. I was able to see more with her help and guiding me on the best routines for the trips I took.

The hotel is in a good location and has a lot of restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable!

La ubicación y el personal, las instalaciones también estaban muy bien, todo moderno, la dueña es muy amable y muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar con los tour e informaciones que realmente se necesitan para ahorrar tiempo y tener una idea.

Cons:

El baño estaba bien, pero la ducha esta pegada al wc y al lava manos, por lo que al tomarse una ducha queda todo mojado, lo cual dificulta el entrar después a lavarse los dientes o usar el wc sin que se te mojen los pies.

Best accommodation with the best host
Pros:

Absolutely incredible host! So kind and so helpful. Picked us up from the station for a very reasonable price and when we got in explained everything to do in the local area and even helped us book activities with a discount. Let us do laundry for free and gave us free bottles of water everyday. 100% recommend! To top it all off the room is fantastic <3

El alojamiento estaba bastante bien, sobre todo por el precio pagado. La habitación era amplia. La chica al ver el equipaje nos puso en una planta menos porque no había ascensor. Nos ayudó a subir las maletas. Lo mejor fue la atención de Jenny. Muy simpática y amable y nos agregó a wechat para hablar con ella si necesitábamos algo.
