Location very central, with good restaurants and markets nearby. Staff went out of their way to show and help us plan our touristic endeavors, as well as to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.
Jenny is a wonderful host. She puts a lot of heart into making her guests feel cared for. She's perfectly prepared to meet the expectations of Western tourists. She was a great help in organizing our trips, providing advice, and helping us resolve various issues. The property itself is beautiful, modern, well-located, and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Jenny é gentilissima e parla inglese. La posizione è ottima molto vicino alla fermata bus per il National Park e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla funivia per Monte Tianmen.

Jenny was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful. She also spoke excellent English and helped us figure out a plan for the mountains and national park around us. She also helped us find food and coffee. Excellent!
Très bien situé entre la gare de bus et le téléférique pour Tianmen. L’accueil est très chaleureux et dans un très bon anglais ce qui est pratique pour obtenir les bonnes informations. On vous aidera si besoin !

Хочу сказать Дженни большое спасибо 👏🙏❤️, невероятно милая отзывчивая девушка, нас встретила из аэропорта , заселила быстро и повысила нам номер, в номерах чисто, все есть , на ресепшен есть вкусный кофе всего за 10 юаней , покупайте все экскурсии через Дженни она действительно делает хорошие скидки, и помогает с заказом такси, так же помогла купить билет на поезд и даже отвезла на жд вокзал. 👏👏👏
Отель находиться рядом со всеми достопримечательностями, кафе, рестораны, магазины, рынок, все в шаговой доступности.
Единственный минус это холодно в номере ( кондиционер работает хорошо), окна большие панорамные, но это так похоже везде в Китае,

It was my second stay, great host good location and clean.
Nothing to complain
The room was renovated and clean. Very convenient location to visit everything. But the best part was our host, she offered transfer from the train station , she helped us arranging everything so we can visit all the must spots in Zhangjiajie and she speaks fluent English! Definitely recommend it.
