Pros:

Loved the bed it was so comfortable. The shower was so amazing. The location was quiet.

Cons:

I asked for a pet-free room and was put on the 4th floor because "we only put pets on floor 1 and 2". When I got to the room, there was pet hair all over the floor. They were kind and switched me to the 3rd floor, but I don't like to be lied to.

We were only there for one night while a family member had surgery
Pros:

Great breakfast, helpful staff, decent shower pressure , full size refrigerator, microwave, sink. Television was adequate with numerous channels

Cons:

Mattress was aged and sunken in spots. As with most hotels trash receptacles were way to small

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and well stocked. They also had 24 hour coffee, hot water, and iced lemon water available. My only complaint is that the snacks in the sundry shop are a bit pricey, but I expected that.

The room was very nice and served our purpose.

Cons:

When I booked, it stated check in time as 2:00. We arrived at 2:30 and were told room was not ready and it would take 15 minutes. It took more than 30. Also, we discovered that both body wash bottles (sink and tub) were empty. Told front clerk about it at checkout.

My stay was great. My second time staying there. Most of all it has a small stove and fridge.

Perfect stay for the price.
