Very nice- we’ve stayed at a lot of places- by far the cleanest nicest place for the price

The property was modern, clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The location was perfect!

Good location for Newport and surrounding beaches but I won’t be staying there ever again.

It was exceptionally clean

Cons:

No curtains in window/only blind. So when you want to open blind for daylight everyone can see you or your belongings if you leave for the day. Also, very bright outside lighting at night that shines in the sides of the blind and the room is not dark for sleeping. On a two night stay, when we initially checked in a “friend” checked us in ( covering for owner) and our room key did not work on day two, and when I went to office, there was a sign on the door saying he was away and to call. I had to wait half hour to get into room. No extra blankets, no opportunity for ice. Very disappointing to pay over $700 for a two night stay.

For golfers it is great. Simple, clean.
Pros:

Very clean. Rooms are large. Great location for golf and beach. As golfers we will come back.
Central to everything. Beds are great.

We had 2 rooms and they separated us by one room. The bathrooms were very small

Good 2 nt stay at a new clean motel
Pros:

Good location for us. Some nice food choices nearby. Very clean and nice staff. Bed extremely comfortable. Great night sleep!

Cons:

Room was too sparse no place to put luggage. Lighting was strange ..had to use the blackout shade on the big window during daytime as there would be no privacy otherwise.
