Not delivering for the price
Pros:

Only good things were location and views. We got a 9th floor full view to the sea, which was very nice. We really enjoyed staying in the balcony.

Cons:

The building is old, room is smelly and worn down, needs renovation. Soap dispenser did not work. Breakfast was a joke - you only get coffee, juice (at least fresh), and a toast or a crosoint. Not even an egg. If you want, you can pay 7,5 € for an egg, so it would be wiser just to make an egg for yourself in the kichen. It would be good, if the price was normal, but this time we spent almost 250 for two nights.

Location was excellent, apartment was clean and freshly decorated, great shower and comfy mattress , right on the strip only 5 mins to the local huge mercado which has everything you cod possibly want including excellent skin care , serum vit c cream with excellent prices , staff are friendly kind and we will definitely be back , there's lots of lovely restaurants on the strip and a lovely cafe called Danny's which we stopped into most days. Definitely do the tuk tuk tour at the start of your holiday to get your bearings and bring jelly shoes for swimming as its a shingle ⛱️ beach with lots of sun loungers. We had a room on the 9th floor with side views of the lovely beach, we could hear the waves at night. It was gorgeous, I think some of the apartments are differently decorated but ours was fresh and clean .Reception also found us a room to shower and change in for our departure day, it cost approx €10 an hour but was worth it

Cons:

First impression was a bit off putting , reception isn't great and very old fashioned appearance wise. Lots of apartments are privately owned so lots of different nationalities and dogs so that was great , didn't try the breakfast as the kitchen had everything we needed to eat on the balcony, its great for people with mobility issues as its all flat with lifts ect but getting in and out of the water on the beach there's a significant drop so you'd need a steady hand to guide you in and out as its a bit steep in parts but a beautiful beach , just needs a bit of a tidy up and maybe a sweep but has showers, sunloungers and cafe bars , everything you need
Also expensive to get to as buses don't go there directly and the taxi from Malaga airport arriving after 9pm on a Sunday was €155 as unable to pre book , no car was available and too tired to wrestle with Sunday bus schedules
