Pros:

The location and unit aesthetic were really great.

Cons:

The unit itself is nice and has a lot of potential, which is why it was disappointing that cleanliness and maintenance were not properly handled during our stay.

In the kitchen, we noticed small cockroaches, including some inside the utensils. There was also plastic left behind at the back of the refrigerator.

In the bathroom, the sink faucet was already loose and leaking, with another leak underneath the sink. The bidet was also leaking. When we arrived, there were goggles left on the bathroom floor, which made it feel like the unit was not thoroughly checked before guests arrived.

In the bedroom, the sheets were not very clean, and one of the blankets had an unpleasant smell.

Hopefully, these concerns can be addressed with the cleaning and maintenance team. It would be unfortunate for such a nice unit to fall short due to these issues, especially since it has good ratings.

Excellent immaculate 2BR, 1 bathroom apartment fully aircon close to everything in ParAñaque
Pros:

Everything. The process were excellent and they met us in person. The two bedroom, one bathroom, plus kitchen, living room and dining room were lovely and sufficient for us five adults. The place is complete with everything from shampoo, toothpaste with tooth brush, soap, towels, linen and big tv screen with Netflix, YouTube and more. Oh, excellent air-conditioning throughout. Very clean and immaculate place. Near Manila Airport, located in ParAñaque near SM Sucat, SM ParAñaque. Atherton Condos/Apartments are gorgeous high rise buildings and with breathtaking landscape, lobby plus 24/7 guards, concierge, parking lot attendant. We'll stay again and highly recommended. Restaurants are just outside the gate.
