Didn't like that the fire alarm that rang for half of my stay. Would have appreciated a discount due to not being able to relax. The parking lot was plowed but you still had to park on top of snow piles.
It was for work which this location was close by my job.
Ran out of breakfast and had to wait. It was a snow storm and the parking lot wasn't clean enough and the plow company buried the vehicles in the spots. I know this isn't the hotel doing but maybe they can talk with company they hired.
It was cool but nobody found my $100 deposit and im upset so i will not ever be staying there again

First price changed when I checked in.Then TV in the room didn't work all weekend Then couldn't use xouch in living room was full of urine Ac unit when blowing air smell like urine water system was dwn half the day on Saturday GM was not pleasant on accommodations when I talk to him abt all these things that went wrong will be writing letter to Marriott Corp
My reservation was cancelled the same day as check in because the outside pool and other amenities advertised on the site was not working properly and pool was shutdown for maintenance so we canceled June 2,25 booked a hotel down the road had to wait almost 30 days for my money received my refund June 23rd which I never would have received the f I didn’t keep contacting hotel & booking.com also was promised a Goodwill Compensation from booking.com Sunday June 22,25 for my patience of waiting almost a whole month for my refund remaining a loyal customer and still booking another hotel through booking.com same day down the road with a 24hr wait until it’s supposed to appear on my account I never received compensation from booking.com called today to check the Status of my GOODWILL COMPENSATION now they saying they can’t give me one because I got my money back what kind of customer service is this after promised compensation for the long wait and customer loyalty

Shower water was freezing, no hot water. Could not figure out heat/cold easily when using temp. Wasn’t working properly. Wiggly door handle. Could smell smoke/weed despite being a non-smoking property. TV’s were not working.

A lack of helping a customer when there's an issue. When I check in and went to my room. My TV didn't work/ no connection with wifi, and I ask could they switch me to another room and the kept telling me a technician will come out. Long story short I stayed in a room without the TV not working all night. The manager did not offer a discount for my next stay and I'm a Marriott member. The elevator did not work neither. Terrible stay.
