I really like the hospitality which was given by the mam sorry I forgot her name and also the food which she cooked..she is soo polite..I really enjoyed my stay and going to visit again very soon 😁

FIRST OF ALL WE WILL NEVER FORGET THE HOSPITALITY OF HOTEL RAINBOW REGENCY, RAVANGLA SOUTH SIKKIM, THE LOCATION IS GOOD, THE RESTAURANT RATHER HOME KITCHEN CONDUCTED BY SRABANI HALDAR IS EXCELLENT, SO MUCH GUEST FRIENDLY WE CAN'T IMAGINE, IN TWO TIMES LUNCH & DINNER ALSO BREAKFAST, EVERYTIME WE TASTED DIFFERENT TYPES OF DELICIOUS FOOD. WE WILL REMEMBER THE TASTE OF SRABANI DI COOKED FOOD FOR EVER

Pros:

Back side of buddha park,I request the owner to arrange a car for droop us to Darjeeling, ,as he arrange it was too high price from the actual rent,so at last I arrange the same in a short while with a reasonable price,

Cons:

Painting of Room is very old,,no Television ,in room, after evening ,when darkness come out in the outside we were totally detached from the world. It his very painful experience.

Nice management, but the hotel rooms are in unsanitary squalor
Pros:

Very polite and friendly management. Provided good breakfast and service. Without this excellent performance, I’d give the hotel 1 or 2 stars.

Cons:

Sikkim so far has proven to be one of the cleanest and organized regions of India, but not this hotel or town. Locals seem idol, power outages, feral dogs outside. The hotel itself is 3rd class, despite costing 1600 INR (w/ room heater), and recommended only if you prefer not sleeping outside with the dogs. Dirty toilet, bed sheets are not always cleaned, stains on walls, floor covered in dust and dirt, no bottled water, and feral dogs going insane outside at night. I contracted pink eye (conjunctivitis) after lying on the bed / pillow within minutes.

Pros:

Kanchanjungha can be seen from the bed and from the attached balcony. I always prefer a balcony for my hotel room. The manager is a bengali lady and she is also the chef. His cooking is awesome.

Cons:

1. The hotel rooms are accessible from the road. The entrance of the hotel rooms are not inside the main door. The only protection is the door of the room.
2. For any hotel room in hilly area, full floor should covered with carpet for the comfort of visitors. In this hotel only some area of the room is carpeted.
3. The lighting of the LED bulbs seemed insufficient to me.
4. Cost of any food item in this hotel is quite high.
