Muy buena ubicación y habitación. Malo el desayuno
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a solo 50 mts del metro. La habitación es muy cómoda. Los empleados son muy amables.

Cons:

El desayuno es malo. Muy pocas opciones, no muy buena calidad de productos y si no llegas temprano no siempre hay variedad. Un punto a mejorar de forma urgente es el uso de vasos descartables, tanto en el desayuno como en las habitaciones.

We had nice stay in a convenient location.
Pros:

Very convenient location to CHUM hospital and old city. Helpful staff. Room was clean. Front desk conveniently booked a taxi for us to return to the airport. Easy to find places to eat nearby.

Cons:

We booked a king suite with kitchen including a fridge and dishwasher but cupboards were totally bare of dishes and cutlery. It would have been helpful to at least have paper towel and soap to use at the kitchen sink. Why have a kitchen with no basic supplies? I purchased some groceries before I realized this and had to fashion a spoon out of cardboard to eat my yogourt. A kind housekeeper gave me a spoon on my third day when I asked. I’m not sure the extra cost for the suite was worth it with not having those needed items Otherwise it was a great stay.

Pros:

Très grande chambre, grand écran plat, Très bonne literie, très propre et à 1 minute du métro Berry UQAM pour aller partout dans Montréal...je recommande vivement !!! Bon petit déjeuner.

Excellent séjour : hôtel très propre, lit confortable et emplacement idéal à deux minutes du métro. ⭐️
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec la station de métro Berri-UQAM, située à seulement deux minutes de marche de l’hôtel. Le gym est très bien équipé et la propreté de la chambre ainsi que de l’ensemble de l’établissement est impeccable — rien à redire. Le lit est également très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.
