All the staff was kind, patient and ready to help. Everyone was friendly and very hard working. Thank you
Pros:

It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
Parking was a bit far but breakfast was amazing.

Staff worked really hard to make sure everything was good for us. Thank you

Le personnel responsable du ménage très à l'écoute et aidant. Chambre propre et lit confortable

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil nonchalant et peu aidant. Avoir dû demander un changement de chambre car malgré notre demande de chambre calme lors de la réservation c'est une chambre près de l'ascenseur qui nous avait été attribuée. Le ménage fait un jour sur deux. La localisation assez éloignée du centre. La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et l'offre petit déjeuner limitée en choix et qualité moyenne.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very large room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Close to a Metro station and bus to the airport.

Cons:

Breakfast was an awful experience, with insufficient seating and a rugby-scrum to access the cramped hot food area. The food and drinks were basic.

The room had no wardrobe (just a small hanging rail) and almost no useful drawers. Lighting was poor and the air-conditioning very noisy. Not a particularly attractive street, but handy enough for the centre of the city. No car parking on site, and parking was expensive; perhaps that's to be expected in a city.
