Pros:

近くには『First Love初恋』の舞台となったロータリーがあります。
ホテルは、常磐公園に面し、目の前には旭橋。素晴らしいロケーションです。
公園内の旭川美術館へも行ってきました。
旭川駅裏の北彩都の公園の景色もよく。
観光に最高です。
ホテルは簡素ですが、料金もリーズナブルです。
この価格で朝食ありはお得。

Cons:

お風呂とトイレが狭い。
お風呂のお湯を抜くと、床に流れてきましたが、問題なし。

旭川の離れたモーテル。
Pros:

安い。以上！
そして金額に相応と言ったらそうなので期待しすぎだったかもしれません。

Cons:

朝ごはんのビュッフェは、評価に値せず。
店員がいない、品数は少ない、蓋はなく少し乾いている、

安く泊まりたいのであれば、我慢できる
Pros:

部屋は綺麗
冷蔵庫が大きい

Cons:

風呂のお湯を元栓をぬいて流したら、排水溝から逆流してきて、洗い場がお湯でいっぱいになった。

キッチンか部屋に壁に鏡があるとよい。
小さな手鏡では不便

Cons:

シャワーのお湯でるまで3分かかる、お湯出るまで遅いと書いてありますが、余りにも遅すぎる、ベッドは最悪でした寝返りうつたびにベッド下がバキバキ音がして寝れませんでした、最愛です
