Calme, accueil extraordinaire et confort
Pros:

L'accueil extraordinaire avec le sourire et toutes les explications nécessaires alors même que je voyage en indépendant sans avoir recours à l'agence ou aux chauffeurs de l'établissement. La chambre très confortable, ainsi que le grand lit. Un établissement super calme à deux pas de la gare routière. Un prix imbattable et le petit déjeuner offert. Continuez comme ça, je reviendrai.

Excellent place to stay, 100% recommended
Pros:

Hands down the best accomodation we had on our entire two weeks in Vietnam. Clean and comfortable room, super friendly and helpful staff, great price for value, and an all-in-one place: we slept there before and after the ha giang loop, used the laundry service, rented the scooter with them and booked the bus to Cao bang with them.

Cons:

Location is on the edge of the town - for us that was great because it’s quiet. But if you want to be close to market, bars, etc. you might prefer an other accomodation.

Habitación muy amplia con balcón. Como si fuera nueva. El personal muy amable y atento. Reservamos también con ellos el tour en moto y nos informaron muy bien. Desayuno bien por el precio de la reserva.
