Need to upgrade appearance and cleanliness
Pros:

I guess only the location. However we decide to stay only one of the three nights we booked.
Thankfully we got a refund for the two nights.

Cons:

Foul smell in room and Toilet.
Whole general area in hotel was not pleasant.

Pros:

For the price I am very satisfied with the hotel. It is close by the west lake culture center, which is only a few stops from the Hangzhoudong rail station, the West Lake, and other areas like the Hangzhou city station. The price was also quite low even during the lunar holiday. There are some decent xinjiang style restaurants nearby. I didn't really have any other expectations for the hotel but they provided some good free tea, and the bed was quite large. No complaints really.
