Pros:

Staff were lovely and polite, room was spacious and had everything you needed. Nice little touch with welsh cakes and a mug for your morning cuppa 😀 good selection of teas and coffee and hot chocolate and cans of water which is a must for me . Full sized fridge in the room which was great .the shower was hot and lovely and the bed was nice and comfy and we slept really well. There is traffic noise but it can't be helped as you are on a main road
.breakfast was probably one of the best I've had it was cooked to perfection with a big pot of tea and there's plenty of choice, I'd definitely stay here again .

Cons:

The only issue I had was the tea tray in the room hadn't been cleaned

Warm Welsh welcome in a lovely location!
Pros:

In a lovely location close to local amenities and walks. We received a lovely welcome with Welsh cakes being a lovely touch!

Comfy, food was Great, I’d go back just to eat!
Pros:

Clean, modern, very comfortable.

Cons:

The car park is a free municipal car park, 100metres away. I had a motorbike in a van, and thought the hotel had private parking at the hotel.
Everything was fine, the car park is open and well lit, but I couldn’t see it, so I was nervous.
