Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung, kaum Auswahl. Es gibt zwar Müsli aber keine Milch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schimmel im Zimmer.

Eklig. Ich wollte nach Rückkehr heiß duschen und alle Klamotten waschen.
Pros:

- Heißes Wasser kommt schnell
- Telefonischer Kontakt schnell erreichbar und wirkt hilfsbereit
- Billig

Cons:

Nur ein paar Punkte:
- Merkwürdiger süßer Geruch
- Möbel fallen auseinander, nicht nutzbar, gehören zum Sperrmüll
- Fleckige Handtücher
- Rezeption unbesetzt, Person muss telefonisch angefordert werden, spricht dann aber weder Deutsch noch Englisch ausreichend
- Türen zum Foyer ständig abgeschlossen, Hotel wirkt ausgestorben
- Sämtliche Bereiche (Flure, Zimmer, Außenbereich) sind massiv abgenutzt, das Hotel müsste kernsaniert werden
- Frühstück nachzubuchen nicht möglich

La posizione è la comodità del parcheggio.

Cons:

Non sembra un hotel a tre stelle, il personale non è molto presente. La colazione era minima e, nonostante fossero stati avvisati, non c’era niente per chi è intollerante al glutine ed al lattosio.

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und erstaunlich groß – genug Platz, um einmal sorglos im Kreis zu laufen, ohne Möbel umarmen zu müssen. Frühstücken wollte ich nicht. Das Bett allerdings war ein Traum, so bequem, dass ich kurz überlegt habe, ob ich als Einzelgast vielleicht doch eine Zimmerpartnerschaft mit mir selbst eingehen sollte — es hätte locker für zwei gereicht. Der Parkplatz war erfreulich entspannt, fast wie eine VIP-Lounge fürs Auto, und falls dieser Parkplatz doch mal voll gewesen wäre, hätten die umliegenden Plätze noch ausreichend Ausweichmöglichkeiten geboten. Die Rezeption war bei meiner Ankunft zwar wie von einem unsichtbaren Concierge-Team verlassen, aber zum Glück gab es eine Telefonnummer — ein Rettungsseil in Form von Ziffern. Alles in allem: solider Komfort, kleine Mystery-Elemente und genug Parkplätze, um das Auto nicht eifersüchtig werden zu lassen.

Eine Katastrophe.
Pros:

Nichts ausser der Lage.

Cons:

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Trotz eines vorherigen Telefonats, in dem uns zugesichert wurde, dass ein Beistellbett bereitgestellt wird, war bei unserer Ankunft keines vorhanden, obwohl es vor Ort dringend benötigt wurde.

Der Service war ebenfalls mangelhaft, da das Personal kein Deutsch sprach und es dadurch zu Kommunikationsproblemen kam. Besonders störend war, dass wir morgens um 8:45 Uhr dreimal durch Klopfen geweckt wurden, nur um zu fragen, ob wir Frühstück gebucht hätten. Das sollte eindeutig in der Buchung ersichtlich sein und ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Das Frühstück selbst war ebenfalls enttäuschend: zu wenige Brötchen, diese waren bereits warm, und der Rest des Angebots war insgesamt eine Katastrophe.

Wir können diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiterempfehlen. Uns wird man hier definitiv nicht wiedersehen.
