Eine Katastrophe.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Trotz eines vorherigen Telefonats, in dem uns zugesichert wurde, dass ein Beistellbett bereitgestellt wird, war bei unserer Ankunft keines vorhanden, obwohl es vor Ort dringend benötigt wurde.

Der Service war ebenfalls mangelhaft, da das Personal kein Deutsch sprach und es dadurch zu Kommunikationsproblemen kam. Besonders störend war, dass wir morgens um 8:45 Uhr dreimal durch Klopfen geweckt wurden, nur um zu fragen, ob wir Frühstück gebucht hätten. Das sollte eindeutig in der Buchung ersichtlich sein und ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Das Frühstück selbst war ebenfalls enttäuschend: zu wenige Brötchen, diese waren bereits warm, und der Rest des Angebots war insgesamt eine Katastrophe.

Wir können diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiterempfehlen. Uns wird man hier definitiv nicht wiedersehen.

Not a hotel but a hostel is a better description.

Nothing

Cons:

Noisy rooms you hear everything from other rooms. Flushing toilets, closing doors, people taking shower. Beds are too soft, pillows are bad. Rooms don’t look clean. People can enter hotel floors from outside until the room door giving a very unsecured feeling.

Cons:

Rezeption nicht besetzt. Hotel war vor 20 Uhr bereits abgeschlossen und die Rezeption musste man erst anrufen damit man rein durfte. Kaum war man drin wurde gleich wieder abgeschlossen. Huch, wo bin ich hier gelandet. Eine Sicherheitsverwahrung hatte ich doch nicht gebucht oder?

Auch das Frühstück war für einen Sonntagmorgen sehr bescheiden und ernüchternd übersichtlich.

Pros:

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Lage des Hotels ist top – alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar.
