Pros:

Cons:

On the first day, it was unable to get wifi inside the room. Don't know whether they did something or not but was able to get on the second day. In the booking it was mentioned a kettle in the room but just provided a normal steel jug. In the booking it was garden view but provided a room which is on the corner and the view was some roof tiles of next building.

The room smelled very bad. I booked for my parents and room is filled with cigarette smell for the whole time. Even few hours after room service, the room smelled like cigarette.

Pros:

Nothing to like about it. May be only Breakfast was god.

Cons:

The staff was not cooperative. Unnecessarily arguing. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom war not clean. Towels were not available for all the guests. Hot water tap was not working properly.
