Pros:

平日為施設貸し切りで家族四人大浴場入れて幸せでした。部屋も広く綺麗でした。

Cons:

赤ちゃんつれでしたので、浴場にベビーベットがあれば良かったかなーて思いました。

Pros:

It is a very calm and relaxing area with a nice view of the forest, a large room very spacious. Great Onsen and amazing authentic Japanese breakfast.

Cons:

Public transportation to Nikko's main areas takes more time, but the train station very close from the hotel. If you look for flexibility and speed a car is preferrable to navigate around, if you don't mind slow travel the experience is great.

It’s a perfect hot spring hotel in Nikko area, small and quiet.
Pros:

The hot springs are nice, especially the outdoor one. The hotel room has beautiful mountain and river view. The staff are very friendly and polite. The two staff from Nepal speak English and always with smile. They are very helpful to take care of your needs.

It was a very nice, quiet and relaxing location and service was excellent by attentive staff.
Pros:

Service upon check-in and during meals was excellent. All staff were attentive and always made us feel welcome. Very polite and trying their best. Nice views of the mountains, river, and nature, overlooking a river. Food was plentiful and a wide variety of Japanese dishes for both dinner and breakfast. No noisy foot traffic, and no sounds of cars or buses passing by. Close enough to some great natural waterfalls and hiking paths easily accessible by public buses or car.

Cons:

A walking path around the hotel.

Pros:

It was near to the place where we went. Easy drive and rest.

Cons:

The breakfast option in booking.com disappeared. I don’t know if the hotel rescinded the offer but i definitely know that the initial offer was there is a breakfast.
