Excellent comfy rooms with attentive and courteous staff.
Pros:

All the staff right from Mr. Prashant to kitchen to room service were very prompt and courteous. Always willing to help. Food was good.

Cons:

If we had been given complimentary breakfast. Also they should keep a handwash in the bathroom.

Food was good. Cleanliness and staff was very attentive.

Cons:

Facilities, no toiletries provided soap, shampoo, conditioner. Also tea/coffee items in room weren’t enough for 4 people stay

Never stay here. Never book rooms through booking.com.... Both are cheats of the highest order

Nothing both the hotel and booking.com cheated us

Cons:

Worst ever experience. Charged more than booking.com invoice. Although booking.com invoice had complimentary breakfast the hotel did not provide the same. They said booking.com se refund lo. We were 3 of us and even for drinking water they wanted to charge us beyond 500 ml per person. Even after repeated requests the tv repair was unattended to. When we had gone out the hotel staff made unauthorized entry to our room in our absence. Room cleaning was done after repeated requests only. The room we stayed was being given by the hotel to other guests at rs 4500 per night all inclusive with breakfast but booking.com charged us nearly rs 7500 and that too without breakfast. Overall most horrible experience. We order food via room service and this too was very tedious and the food barely edible. Never ever will have anything to do with this hotel or booking.com
