Pros:

נקי וחדש. צוות אדיב ושירותי מאוד. נוח בעיקר למי שמחפש מלון מחוץ לעיר וקרוב לנמל התעופה. אוכל מצוין.

Very convenient hotel, next to the airport.
Pros:

We wanted a hotel very close to the airport and it was very convenient. It took us 5 minutes to reach the airport.
The rooms are nice and clean.

Cons:

Nothing special. The breakfast could have some additional choices.

They really understand high quality customer service.
Pros:

Staff were responsive and quickly resolved an earlier issue we had with the cleanliness of our room. The service was impeccable, and as such we would highly recommend. Food was fabulous too - the smoked salmon pizza was divine.

Cons:

Our two bed apartment hadn't been cleaned on our arrival and this had been missed during a QA check. But once alerted to the issue it was very quickly resolved, and the manager also gave us a complimentary dinner for the trouble. We couldn't have asked for better resolution.

It was my sisters birthday, and we went to Therme.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious it had everything. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was great, but they could have had more gluten and dairy free options. And also little touches like it was my sister’s birthday something complimentary would have been nice.

Pros:

In afara faptului ca e aproape de aeroport, de faptul ca personalul e ok si de faptul ca e nou, nu e nimic de facut sau de vazut.
Am fost intr-adevar la o conferinta, a fost o sedere de 2 nopti doar in interes de o examinare si cel mai favorabil era acest hotel fiind cel mai aproape de aeroport si conferinta se tinea acolo.
Foarte slab au stat pe partea de confort, saltea nu foarte ok pentru cei care au probleme cu spatele, pernele au lasat mult de dorit.
Preturile nejustificat de scumpe. Cel mai bine ar fi sa includa in pretul camerei si micul dejun. Nu mi se pare ok sa platesc in fiecare zi 100 de lei de persoana pentru a lua micul dejun pe langa pretul platit deja pe cazare. Dar mai bine de 500 de lei pe noapte si nu ai absolut nimic. Daca vrei sa consumi de la restaurantul lor, ceea ce am si facut de altfel, te mai pregatesti de cateva sute de lei.
Am iesit mai scump decat intr-un weekend in care plec de obicei sa ma relaxez.
La curatenie nu am ce comenta, a fost foarte curat.
