They were very helpful with assisting in my luggage delivery and the location was perfect.

It wasn’t that clean or in great condition. The bin was tiny and not changed in 4 days.

Amazing location and price; but don't expect anything more than what you're paying for.
Pros:

Great location, easy check in, great shared facilities, one of the cheapest places to stay in Tokyo without spending too much money. It's my go-to spot when I visit Tokyo solo.

Cons:

Sometimes the check in can be slow; I wish they would send the Unito login or check-in link via Booking.com or Airbnb. The rooms are standard Japanese business hotel size.

The two rooms I got on this trip needed maintenance; the first room had an odor from the bathroom; probably just need to dump drain cleaner down the drain to kills the organic funk.

The second roomm the hook to hang clothes was broken which is annoying because the room has little to no space and hanging hooks are the best thing to use wall space and let clothes airout.

清潔だけど、狭すぎる
Pros:

ベッドが心地よくて寝やすかった

Cons:

暖房が3時間起動しない。部屋が思った以上に狭すぎて圧迫感。鍵の開け締めが指定された長い暗証番号で毎度面倒。そして備品は最低限しかないのに二万は高すぎ
