Great location, friendly staff, low oxygen
Pros:

Great location, close to station and Shibuya. Convenience stores are nearby. Staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

The room is very small and window could not be opened, so the air in the room was very humid and low in oxygen. The air conditioner did not help to ventilate the room. I got cold after using air conditioner over night. I wish the room was more spacious and window openable for ventilation.

Other than that good hotel, good value for price.

A bit of both extremes with fluffy towels vs sticky floors. Nice vibe and good idea though.
Pros:

Good facilities and well situated. Nice smelling soaps and good towels!

The rooms are very dated with sticky carpet and dirty walls.

Conveniently located dorm-like accommodation that’s cost effective and in a great location
Pros:

- love the location and co-working space with kitchen and free laundry facilities make the stay very cost effective and convenient
- free water and well stocked kitchen for equipment
- pleasing atmosphere for work
- decent WiFi
- free laundry facilities
- great area for food and drink

Cons:

- the room’s toilet washlet didn’t work
- the shower was weak
- the bed sheets were a bit too small and kept moving off the mattress after two nights
- blinds that didn’t cut out the morning (5am) sun. Bring an eye mask
- no real space in the room other than a bed

I will be staying here again in two months!
Pros:

This is my 4th stay here, but the first during Sakura season. I like this place for how quiet it is, yet it is pretty near a hub like Shibuya. During the Sakura season, the Meguro River, just behind the hotel, is lovely though crowded.

Cons:

The shared vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced or maintained.
The suite room’s bathroom door also has a serious design flaw. You need to jam yourself in the corner of the stall in order to close the door. The single room’s bathroom is much better.
