Very confusing.
Pros:

Room is comfortable n clean

Cons:

We checked in at night, none of the front desk spoke English n didn’t try to use translate app to communicate with us.
No direction to our room ( closest to my room lift) so I had to walked all around to get to my room.
No Welcome.
-Need a lot more hospitality training.
