Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, direkt an einem wunderschönen Park, der sich ideal zum Spazierengehen und Joggen eignet. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum sowie zum Hafen, von dem aus man mit dem Taxi-Boot nahezu überall hinkommt.
Das Hotel bietet auch ein eigenes Taxi-Boot an, was grundsätzlich positiv ist. Allerdings könnte die Organisation meiner Meinung nach deutlich verbessert werden. Es wäre wesentlich praktischer, wenn das Boot beispielsweise stündlich in beide Richtungen fahren würde, damit die Gäste nicht Gefahr laufen, keine Rückfahrtmöglichkeit zu haben. So kann es leicht passieren, dass man mit dem Boot „gestrandet“ ist. Positiv ist wiederum, dass es auch andere Anbieter gibt, die man für Fahrten zu Stränden oder anderen Orten mieten kann.
Generell gibt es bei der Organisation der Taxi-Boote noch viel Verbesserungspotenzial. Regelmäßige Verbindungen zwischen den verschiedenen Häfen mit klaren Fahrplänen und transparenten Preisen wären meiner Meinung nach eine hervorragende Lösung. Ein Preis von etwa 5–7 € pro Person wäre angemessen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass solche Linien sehr gut ausgelastet wären und den Gästen ermöglichen würden, sich viel einfacher auf der Insel und in der Umgebung zu bewegen.

Hotel und Unterkunft
Das Hotel ist schön, allerdings hat der Zahn der Zeit bereits etwas an der Substanz genagt und das Hotel wirkt nicht mehr ganz so modern. In einigen Bereichen des Hotels ist ein feuchter bzw. muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Hier sollte meiner Meinung nach unbedingt nachgebessert werden.
Die Klimaanlagen sollten regelmäßig gewartet und bei Bedarf auch ausgetauscht werden. Teilweise sind störende Geräusche bzw. ein Summen zu hören, was unangenehm sein kann und bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie keinen optimalen Eindruck hinterlässt.
Zimmer mit Meerblick werden zu einem höheren Preis angeboten, obwohl der tatsächliche Meerblick teilweise nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend ist, insbesondere in den unteren Etagen. Hier wäre eine klarere Beschreibung der Zimmerkategorien sinnvoll, damit die Erwartungen der Gäste mit dem tatsächlichen Angebot übereinstimmen.
Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal ist definitiv eine der positiven Seiten des Hotels und hinterlässt einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Organisation beim Abendessen

Beim Abendessen war die Situation leider teilweise etwas chaotisch, was hauptsächlich an der Organisation lag. Eine einzige Station für den gesamten Speisesaal führt zu unnötigen Menschenansammlungen und Unruhe, während die Mitarbeiter ständig zwischen den Tischen und der zentralen Kassenstation hin und her laufen müssen.

Eine mögliche Lösung wären beispielsweise vier kleinere Stationen mit Computern zur Rechnungserstellung. An jeder Station sollte der jeweilige Kellner bzw. die Kellnerin außerdem Besteck, Strohhalme, Servietten und andere Kleinigkeiten zur Verfügung haben, die von den Gästen benötigt werden. So hätte jeder Mitarbeiter seinen eigenen „Arbeitsbereich“, von dem aus er die ihm zugewiesenen Tische koordinieren könnte, anstatt ständig zu einer zentralen Station laufen zu müssen.

Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. A parkból amiben található gyalogosan gyorsan elérhető az óváros és a városi strand. Ezen kívül ingyen transzfer állrendelkezésre más partokra.
