Cheval Harrington located in a strategic location, it is near with the Hyde Park, Museums, restaurants, Cafe and also subway station.... to me, all of these aspects it is very convenient 👍👍

The staff also very helpful, kind and friendly, specially those whose in charge in front desk registration.... I truly appreciate it 😊 since it is my 1st visit to London.

I had a wonderful time & experienced during my stayed in London specially in Cheval Harrington.... highly recommend 👌

Cons:

so far, i couldn't find anything that truly matters. But, if I may give a suggestion maybe cheval, can figure out how to have a plug for Hairdryer that close with the mirror, so it will be so much easier for woman to use the Hairdryer and looking to rhe mirror 😀

I was complaining to hotel’s management the cooking smell from one of the guests is unbearable and on daily basis.
Nothing have changed despite multiple complaints and follow up with them.
