Disappointment
Pros:

What I liked about the property was that it was connected to the convention center, circle center mall

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was my room not being cleaned refrigerator had a bunch of food left over in it, which made it smell really bad so I didn’t make a big deal at first I called the front desk. They said they would have someone come up and clean it out. My daughter and I left for like three hours came back and the refrigerator was still full of food, I took pictures of it so I called back down there. Let them know there was still food in the refrigerator. Finally, someone came cleaned the things out of the refrigerator but did not wipe the refrigerator out and you can tell that nothing was wiped down because you could see smears on the glass and fingerprints and to be honest as much as I paid to stay there and park I would’ve expected much better

Great stay! It gave us what we needed.

I've stayed in motels that were a third of the cost that were cleaner and had more amenities.
Pros:

The Eagles Nest restaurant was good. There were no bed bugs.

Cons:

Dusty room. Old dirty carpet. Very few stations on TV and no movies. Ice machine was broken. No vending machines on our floor. Parking was outrageously priced.

We came down to watch the NBA final game. It was a great stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel to the bars and restaurants was literally perfect. We walked everywhere we went and it was so convenient to be able to come back to the room and still have plenty of time to get to the game. We also enjoyed the bar downstairs

Cons:

I would much rather have a room with an outside window. The room wasn't dirty but it wasn't a clean as it could have been.

Very nice.
Pros:

Great location for my conference in the convention center. Skywalk is a big bonus.
Staff was wonderful and I was able to check in a little early.

Cons:

The faucet in the bathroom was cock-eyed, looked like it had been repaired.
The shower curtain smelled a little bit mildewed.
