The Hyatt is a well maintained hotel with great hospitality.
Pros:

Location of hotel to convention center was the most beneficial part of stay. Additionally the other services available like the bar/restaurant, starbucks, PNC bank and subway sandwich shop. All of these amenities aid in the overall great experience.

Cons:

There is not anything that should be changed. The Hyatt has covered all bases and provides a comprehensive offering of services to make travelers feel comfortable. So there was nothing that I was dissatisfied during my stay.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful. I am terrible at directions and the staff took extra time to help me understand where I was going. It was a tremendous help. Reduce a lot of my fears. My sandwich at the bar was excellent and service was very kind.

Not worth the hype. Not horrible, just not worth the $

Close to downtown, but that was the best things about it.

Cons:

The room was small and the carpets were wet when we arrived. We contemplated asking for another room, but prayed it was from a cleaner or something. The shower was ok. The rooms were smaller than other hotels in the area. Pool was small and ants were on the tables by the pool. We booked a room for 4, and there were only 3 towels. Yes, we got more but in all our travels, we’ve never not had 4. We got locked out of our room after the first night during breakfast. Something happened with the security lock and they had to bring in maintenance and security. I couldn’t wait for them so they text me once it was open. They apologized many times and were nice, but it seemed disingenuous given how my day was disrupted. The part of the lock that they removed was not replaced so it shocked us every time we went in for the next day.
There were not trash bags in the trash cans in the rooms, gym area, or restaurant bathrooms which was weird. I felt icky putting empty drinks and used tissue into the cans knowing the germs I left on them….
This hotel was overall ok, but it’s advertised as high end and costs that. Our experience was not high end compared to other hotels in the area. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again at this price point.
